Mythril Shard :

 Usually obtained when defeating the heartless Shadow.

 

 

Pure Water:

 It can be found in the Dwarf Woodlands near the Dwarf House and/or the mine entrance ( I suspect there's also on the water pounds on the Wonderland. ) .

 

 

 

 

 

Iron Ore and Any other type of Ore:

 All of these can be found in any world, but more frequently inside the Dwarf Mine:

 

 

Forest Mushrooms:

 They can be found near the trees where the mushrooms are located in the Dwarf Woodlands:

If you leave the Dunes of Hesitation to the west you automatically land on the Caravan Trade Route again.

 

Okay, for the time being this was the last part, now we'll have to wait for Enchanted Dominion and Beast's Castle.

The newest update made a little change to the resources that I think is pretty neat. Now when ever you pick up something, it shows the object fly out of the ground and into your character. You can actually tell what is there MUCH easier now.
