I'm not sure how many other people here liked this series, but Xiaolin Showdown was an older show that ended a few years ago. It's by far one of my favorite cartoons ever, if not my favorite. They're making a sequel series called Xiaolin Chronicles (Airing August 26th on Disney ), which I'm excited for. So, I made this thread to discuss the series!

 

So, as a first discussion question, who's your favorite character? Mine's Jack Spicer, definitely.

I'm not really liking the newer voice actors, but aside from that, XC looks like it'll be awesome! Can't wait, one more month!

Xiaolin Showdown was my childhood (along with several other things).

This is the first time I've heard of Chronicles, but it should be good, given how good the original was.

I loved the arc where they gained their own personal weapon...Man I forgot what those were call, but Tomi had that transforming small stick weapon.

They had a trailer leaked before, it was taken down from Youtube, though. We'll have to wait until next month now.

I plan on doing that before Chronicles airs. I'm getting super hyped for this, I hope it won't be for nothing.

No problem! They announced it last year, but there wasn't much news on it released for a while. I was worried that I missed it or something, I'm lucky I checked a month before it aired!

We should wait and see how it is before we start bashing it. But I kinda have to agree; why change it if it worked so well the first time?

There was one leaked, it was removed from Youtube though for copyright reasons. I think there's an AMV now with some scenes out of the trailer, I never really watched it though since I'm not an AMV fan. You could hope to find something in there.

Man! This is so cool! I loved that show!!! I don't remember much of Shaolin Showdown, other than the fact that it was AWESOME!!!!!! I plan on catching up on the old series and can't wait for the new one!

Does anyone remember an animated show that aired about 6 or 7 years ago on Kids WB called Xiaolin Showdown? Well Omi Raimundo Kimiko and Clay are back again in an all new series called Xiaolin Chronicles which premieres Saturday on Disney . Tell me guys, what do you think of this?
