In KH2 final mix, xemnas walks up to aquas armor and says a bunch of stuff about the good ol' times. Was the inner terra talking? It wasn't anything xehanort would say to aqua, it was something terra would say. Also how did aquas armor get in the world that never was? I'm confuzzled

Don't forget that Xemnas is basically Terra's body with Xehanort's soul of sorts. If the body is strong enough to form a new heart, as we learned in DDD, then I wouldn't have trouble believing it's capable of having residual past memories.

Xemnas was the nobody of Terranort,which means he was Xehanort AND Terra's nobody,which means he also have his past memories of Terra and like Saix said to Sora at Twilight Town,Nobodies do not have feelings but they have their memories before becoming a nobody.Also,Aqua's Armor was not at TWTNW,it was on Ansem's Study's secret room in Radiant Garden's Castle that Xemnas secretly break in :

Terranort escape the Realm of darkness with aqua's armor and that happend in Radiant garden so he could save it directly after it happend.

Xemnas knows Aqua because she fought Terranort and Xemnas is Terranort's Nobody. And plus Xemnas also has MX's memories I think and MX knows who Aqua is. I think when Xemnas was talking to Aqua's armor and calling it a friend and stuff he was being sarcastic.

He took her armor after he became a heartless and put it in the secret room in Ansems computer room. I think that's how he knows him. Either that or he started to remember things when he was turned into a Heartless.

They met each other at a party and she forgot her armor when she left.

Xemnas remembers this from the time he was "Terra". Because Xemnas is the Nobody of Apprentice Xehanort and AX is Terra and Xehanort at the same time.
