Okay, I came up with a theory for returning worlds in Kingdom Hearts III. I compiled a short list of reoccurring worlds. My theory is that at least the 3 or 4 of the list below will return;specifically the ones asterisked. Note that the number beside each world is how many games it has appeared in, not counting DDD.

 

Olympus Coliseum-6/6

Agrabah-5/6*

100 Acre Woods-4/6*

Neverland-4/6*

Halloween Town-4/6*

Atlantica-3/6

Wonderland-3/6

 

 

So how likely do you think each world listed above is to appear in KHIII? Or do you think the opposite; that their numerous appearances lead you to believe they are less likelier to appear?

well peter pan said to aqua that he hopes they can meet again someday. So we may get it, I just want it to be all of neverland instead of just a pirateship and an island. I would definitely want to see oc return and have noctis as a party member. I've had enough of Agrabah. If wonderland were to appear I would want all of wonderland instead of just little bits of it. No one hopes Atlantica returns. I would be fine with Halloween town returning i just dont know what part of the movie they would do. 100 acre woods has always felt boring to me but its a series staple.

I want more than 13 worlds in KH3 and the worlds you named are probably going to return.

I really wish agrabah wouldn't come back. I really hate agrabah. -__-

I don't know about the other worlds but I have to say one thing about Atlantica and Wonderland...

I did when I first played it through. But I just recently started a new game on kh and i beat it in 20 minutes. Atlantica was annoying and tedious.

It's not about whether you can beat it in 20 minutes . I find it boring and so it felt like a chore instead of fun .

I want to have at least 2/3 old worlds to come back it was too many in KH2.

At least Hercules must be back we need to see more about the city.

Neverland and Colliseum but then with the city.

Personally, I love ALL worlds. Hell, I wouldn't care if KH3 was set in Agrabah as long as they did things KH2 style and remade the location instead of rehashing its KH1 look (like pretty much every game does).

For 100 Acre Wood I think new characters should be added and I know a few that deserve to be in Kingdom Hearts III.

I think all past worlds should return with the exceptions of(keep in mind I've only played KH1, CoM, and KH2 so I might forget some from later):

Deep Jungle(lost the rights)

Atlantica(...do I need to explain?)(unless they somehow renovate it awesomely... oh my gosh, what if the seekers of darkness start draining it and you get to fight on and off land? That could be awesome!)

Space Paranoids(unless Tron 3 comes out in time we've covered everything)

Timeless River(I can't see a reason for it to return. That was the video game equivalent of a filler episode and this game will be full of story as is)

Disney Castle(there really wasn't alot to do there, unless the seekers invade or something)

Land of Dragons(the less said about Mulan II the better)

Port Royal(It was a stupid, boring world and On Stranger Tides was a stupid boring movie)

Monstro(he should show up, but people can't get stuck in there all the time. It'd get boring.)

The World That Never Was(...Considering this game will probably have it's own final world, this seems redundant)

End of the World(See above)

Also pretty much all the worlds from DDD other than maybe Hunchback of Notre Damme. I can't remmember all the BBS worlds, but I can't imagine all the older Disney princess worlds will return. Note, I di not base this list on what I want to happen, just on what I expect. Nomura heard how everyone hated Atlantica and changed it... for the worst, but he tried. Now he'll either try and make it livable or scratch it completely... I think. Many of the KH1 worlds are iconic now and it only makes sense to revisit them at this momentous occasion. I think there'll be new ones too, but I'm really really hoping this game will have a ridiculously long story. Y'know, with most if not all the Disney worlds factoring into that story. And none of the stupid post-game synthesis stuff necessary for the Secret Ending. *cough Kingdom Hearts 2 *cough*

Just to be clear I meant that they wouldn't return. Except maybe the City of Clocks or whatever it was called. Not sure why I'm singling that one out.
