So...yeah. What the name says. Put a reason down below if you have one. I personally say King Boo and Princess Shroob.

 

 

King Boo because he really does a lot to get Luigi out of his way. I mean, King Boo has rendered Mario UTTERLY and COMPLETELY HELPLESS! TWICE! Bowser did it once sure, but that was because...Mario wasn't tricked. He was just straight up kidnapped, unlike King Boo who tricked Mario in the first game. Both games he's trapped Mario in a painting.

 

 

Princess Shroob because...I dunno...She used the life force of toads...The shroobs attached the toads to trees and sucked their fluids (VIM) only to power their ships. Not even for food! Just using 'blood' as fuel for nature wrecking mechanical machines? God...

Actually, I always thought Smithy was kind of creepy. The idea of creating a world built out of weapons, where wishes cannot be granted, is kind of dark when you stop and think about it.

I wanted to say Fawful until you realize he was Cackletta's henchman and the fact that in Bowser's inside Story it was the dark Star who copied Bowser's form and became Dark Bowser.

 

 

Oh and another thing,I kinda thought about Bowser but he was protagonistic lately especially in Bowser's Inside Story.

 

Besides,He and Dr Eggman are the villians that are more awesome because of their idiotic behavior and huge ego not because they're evil

Well,I honestly liked that She and King Boo in Double Dash can have any special weapon.

 

But again her head is soo big it's hard to see sometimes,not to mention that the camera is pushed back a little so it can capture her without letting her head covering the screen

after some research, it appears that Petey's gender depends on the region and language.
