I don't remember him ever saying this and highly doubt he ever did. Do you got any source for this claim?

Also, how was that sentence going to end? "...hint on when KH3 is going to be released" Was that it? 'Cause Nomura probably doesn't yet when he'll release it.

I think it might be better something as KH HD Remix 2.5.

Possibility it may be KH3 related, but definitely not a release date.
