@The image, sure it is goofy,  but the timeline is off. Just the bit from the end of Hollow Bastion (1st visit) to Sora's confrontation with Ansem Seeker of Darkness took 24 days canonically. (We have days to thank for that) And let's say that was a quarter of the time of the entire journey, that would mean Sora would have traveled for around 96 days. But what is special about those 96 days? Well DI fell to the darkness and probably didn't exist for those 96 days. So those events couldn't have happened on Destiny Island.

 

Here is a reprise (that would fit the time line), she went to Sora's room when he wasn't answering her calls, saw that he ran away. She started to cry and her heart delved into the darkness, she became the darkside we fought on DI, she just was trying to find her son and we attacked her... And then in KH II her nobody (Twilight Thorn) was still looking for her son and fought Roxas... So now by she shall have been restored. And if that is the case there is a chance she wasn't restored until after the bottle on the Island telling Sora to go on another adventure. She tried to find go to see if it all had been a nightmare and Sora was on the small island, and he saw him and Riku leave without even saying good bye! T_T
