Okay, after episode 5, Ren and I wanted to do a roleplay for RWBY.  A couple friends [Ren, Xiro, Javelin (Although he probably isn't joining)] and I worked on this roleplay, so here it is:

 

Starlight (Yes, a KHX[Chi] reference) Academy, Beacon's sister academy on the other side of the world, has been teaching students for generations, limited to only Skywing Kingdom, where Starlight is located. Skywing Kingdom is a small, but powerful place about the size of a normal town, but much more upscale and very bureaucratic.  These students eventually join the Royal Knights (referred to as RK), their version of Hunters and Huntresses.  The RK's have the duty to keep the royals, the townspeople, and the kingdom as a whole, safe, as well as hunt down creatures of Grimm.  For decades, this plan has proven quite fruitful, but in recent months, a new threat has emerged, endangering everyday life.  The abundance of Dust and RK's have forced these once easily defeatable creatures to evolve, simply put, creatures of Grimm version two (v2).

 

You have just been accepted to the academy, something you and everyone else in the town have always dreamed about your whole lives.  Once you arrive to Starlight Academy, you are notified of the start of a massive war between man and this new threat.  Furthermore, the RK's, the royals, your classmates, and you are the only ones left, leaving the population of the Kingdom to about less than 100.  The teachers of the academy (also RK's) have been called into action, leaving every student to teach themselves.  To do this, RK's have tried to ask Beacon for help, but they too are suffering their own turmoil and can only offer assistance in teaching.  Ozpin has developed a self teaching program inserted into eye wear of some sort (Can vary from goggles to shades to just plain glasses).  In this eye wear, Ozpin will appear in one's field of vision and teach them via the mind.  Will you be able to save the Kingdom or fall to these new creatures?

 

Rules:

Standard KH13 rules apply.

Romance is allowed, in fact it's encouraged.

Comedy only if you can pull it off, but fail comedy would be hilarious in itself.

Keep swearing as minimal as possible, avoid it if you can.

Bio: Sky was born into a rich family and throughout her childhood years everything was great.  Her teen years pretty much followed the same path, upon hearing the same day she got accepted to Starlight, she was adopted.  She threw a huge fit and left for the academy, only to be greeted by the news of her parents' untimely end.  Sky was too "strong" to weep on the outside, only mentally mourning and breaking down.  She decided it was best to try to move on and one day reunite with her real family.

Personality: Gen is a very quirky guy.  He can be a joker most of the time, but he is down to earth, making him very easy to relate, talk, and pretty much get along with.  On the outside, he acts very confident in himself, but truth be told, he is his own worst critic.  He is skeptical of his talents, being the largest barrier to ever improving as a future RK.

Bio: Gen has been a joker throughout his whole life, which was never a problem.  But upon hearing the terrible news of his parents' demise, his funny demeanor took a turn for the worse.  In order to hide from the facts at hand, he could only lie to himself as well as everyone else around him by now actively pursuing this nonsensical charade.

Weapon: A dual blade (basically two swords attached at the hilt), which can split into two short swords, and compact into a pair of dual pistols which can use dust powered bullets.

Personality: Syfe is rather serious. However, he is by no means quiet, or peaceful. He talks enough to get his point across directly. He also loves a good fight, though often thinks others are weak, and below him. He dislikes teamwork, and believes he could get by by himself.

Bio: Syfe is descended from a long line of decorated army generals. As such, he began his training from an early age. He was also taught advanced tactics, and how to be smart in battle. His extensive and important lineage also bred his cocky and self-important personality. His life was constant training and learning, and he was taught directly from his father. This probably would have continued until he was old enough to be enlisted. However, as the Grimm version 2 monsters began to appear, the rest of his family was called back into service, where they soon died. It was after that that Syfe was sent to the Starlight Academy.

Eyewear: Thin framed glasses. They constantly fall down his nose. He needed them before they were required for the academy.

 

RWBY Blue

Nice to see you around again, looks good.  My only concern are the weapons.  Dual Bladed Sword > Two Short Swords > Dual guns with dust power.  Either all of that without dust power, or one of those with dust power.

Bio: Main was never the type of person to cling or hold on to the past, so when he heard of the news about the death of his parents, he quickly moved on, not wanting to think of their deaths, but instead move on for a better future and hopefully make his parents proud even in death. "Embrace. Adapt. and be at Peace" is what he says to himself.

Personality: Pax is a bright, cheerful, and naive boy. But despite his outward impression, he is very sneaky and manipulative and enjoys pulling pranks. He loves spicy things but hates sweet things. Although normally calm and collected, he is angered when people underestimate him because of his weak appearance. Although usually easy-going, when angered, he becomes cold-hearted. He has an alternate personality where his eyes turn red and he becomes wild and reckless that emerges when pushed to the limit. His earring acts as a restraint to keep his alternate personality "chained."

Bio: Pax's mother died in labor, attacked by Grimms. Right after she died, Pax was born, resulting in him becoming a half-Grimm. His father, tormented with grief, began experimenting Pax in order to discover a way to revive his mother. Abused and mistreated, Pax suffered until he met a boy named Louis who he befriended and considered a brother. But as a result of constant abuse, Pax's "other personality" surfaced, and he was forced by his father to hunt down a set of Grimms as a test. Louis attempted to stop him but was supposedly killed in the process. Pax, horrified, hid away from the world until he heard word that Louis was actually alive, but burdened with the same powers that Pax carries. Guilty, he searches for him and decides to become an RK in order to find him.

Bio: Ayano's mother died when she Ayano was at a young age. Her mother was never married either. She was left with her aunt and her aunt taught her how to fight. Ayano wanted to become a huntress after her mothers death.

Weapon(s) (To keep in the theme of RWBY, has to be either dust powered or 2+ weapons in 1.  Nothing too OP): High Caliber Variable Sniper Scythe, a variation of the one used by Ruby Rose. The HCVSS has three modes: SNOW, SHADOW, and RADIANCE. SNOW turns the weapon all white and non-lethal, instead firing non-lethal Dust blasts that stun, and the blade is covered, perfect for knocking people out. SHADOW turns it black is lethal, firing normal bullets and uncovering the blade.

Now, RADIANCE is a cross between the two; Dust Blasts can be lethal or no, or regular rounds can be used. The blade is uncovered but the dull knockout cover switches back, allowing Sora to cut or bash at different times.

Symbol (Ex: Ruby's rose): A scythe in front of a cloud, at an angle like Ruby holds it in the opening.

Symbol's Location (Ex: On Ruby's belt): Right shoulder, on her uniform

Well, the bullets used in the gun sword are filled with dust (shown on belt) and his dagger has a mini bottle inside that contains dust...If you want I could take the dagger from his arsenal because rereading this he seems a little OP.

He was spoiled but somehow kept his purity and honesty instead of becoming stuck up. Alexander values his youth, he wants to stay young forever. He says that a child holds the purest of hearts. This is however a disadvantage, he acts young then his age and wants to flunk classes so he could stay in younger grades. When he was eight his parents were killed at there house when it was invaded by creatures of the Grimm. They tried their best to protect him until they wee killed. Luckily Alexander escaped and fled to the Skywing Kingdom. He came across a sign for Starlight Academy and knew he needed to enroll so he could help others and keep them out of his situation.
