So was mine.His wife was actually believed to be a woman called Clawdia Koopa but Miyamoto stated the koopas were no longer considered Bowser's children so his wife is simply "unknown"

I'm sorry,but to this day I still don't buy what Miyamoto has said about the Koopalings

 

for years they were said to be Bowser's children.Heck the manuals of Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario World(if I remember) calls them Bowser's children

 

Both the cartoon show by DiC and even an anime OVAs in Japan has the koopalings calling Bowser Papa or Daddy

From the stork. It never ceases to bewilder me that nobody ever remembers YI when questioning reproduction in the Mario universe.

If they were, they must have one heck of a marriage if Bowser has to keep kidnapping his wife to spend time with her.

 

I'm willing to bet Bowser Jr. was the product of Bowser getting tipsy and having a one-night stand once upon a time and then getting an unfortunate phone call nine months later. Bowser probably told Bowser Jr. Peach was his mom so he wouldn't have to tell him the truth.
