I completed the journal in KH2 and didn't do a single Gummi ship mission...

By that do you mean 100%?

Yes. If I recall correctly, there are no gummi ship entries in the journal.

In KH2, the gripes I have for the system lessened a bit. Mostly because in this game, you don't have to collect Gummi pieces. However, what they replaced with that is a sort of "challenge mode" for the routes. Ugh. -_- This basically means after you clear a Gate for a certain world, there are extra types of the routes you can play that are set on a different level of difficultly and have more enemies to kill, obstacles to dodge, and require more skill to go through. Now, what's wrong with this? Well, if I want to ignore them, I can, so thats not it... oh yeah. BECAUSE ITS A REQUIREMENT IN JIMINY'S JOURNAL TO COMPLETE THE GAME... I mean, SERIOUSLY, why?? I already abhor this entire concept to a fault, why do I have to do multiple versions of it to get a 100% status on the game? *rage*

now this would be a completely logical point if it wasn't for the fact that the Sephiroph fight is required for 100% if your going after 100% and are willing to fight the nightmarish hell that is the sephiroph battle. than doing a small easy gummi minigame shouldn't be a problem at all.

personally i think the gummi minigame is fantastic in KH2 and KH1 is terrible compared to it. if difficulty is an issue(which again, is a stupid argument when sephiroph exists) than i think a better solution is to make the gummi ship editor much easier too use(control wise) so you can actually build a powerfull ship that handles exactly how you want.(seriously, can anyone even stand the tools?)

The point isn't about difficultly of the Gummis. My point is that it's a tedious feature that should not (if I'm right that is, because I thought it was needed for 100%, but some other think otherwise) be included as a requirement to 100% the game and get all entires in Jiminy's Journal. Im sorry. I haven't played the flipping game for years so maybe I'm just making up BULLSHIT as I go along.

Bottom line: I don't like Gummis. And let's be honest here: Sephiroth? Pfft. I aint scared of no Momma's boy.

I bet they will still add it....

I think they should do something as a mini game before getting into worlds, I do like the idea of Gummie ships but they didnt really feel like they should be in the games.

Good point. I agree. Maybe like a button match or something?

The gummie ship is good to do after you finish the game.

But It does get annoying having to go thought the course to move on to the next world tho

Ether way I could care less if it came back or not

(Maybe it really depends)

I liked the KH 2 Gummi Ship, but hated KH1 Gummi Ship game. It's was a large annoyance in KH1 I'll tell ya what.
