If it's gonna be anyone, I think Sora will definetely end up with Kairi...

But truth is, Disney doesn't seem to leave more than hints (I don't think Square has a problem with that kind of issue) and they'll probably just leave it implicit

Since KH2 there hasn't been a game where hints towards SoKai would make sense. They're not avoiding it.

Well, all romances in fiction kind of start with hints. I think KH3 will be ripe with them...

 

the following is sort of a seperate tangent

I honestly think that the possible way to close out this saga is not with a full fledged romance, not even a kiss... the final scene of KH3 should be Sora and Kairi sharing a papou fruit together. Then the next saga can actually have them be together. 

 

Think about... the last cgi cutscene of KH1 had Kairi discovering Soras addition to the secret wall drawing and adding her own, and then the cutscene before the stinger in KH2 had Sora discovering HER addition to the secret place drawing ... KH3 should have them come full circle with it and do it for real..

So by extension you get it, as long as Roxas and Namine stay together, like they made their somebodies promise. And to put aside RoXion, Love at FIrst Sight Syndrome, a staple of all Disney films (except Shrek, that's love at 9000th sight).

BBS is practically why Sora and Riku were able to meet Kairi. And Kairi wouldnt give her lucky charm to just anyone. And seriously, thank goodness I'm not the only one who saw that Xion is made of Sora's memories of the person most precious to him: Kairi. And how do the SoKai moments in KH2 not make sense? Sora pretty much went crazy when he found out Kairi was taken away by Axel, not to mention begging to Saix to be allowed into the dark portal so he could see her.

And Roxas is Sora's nobody And even before we knew of  those events, in KH1 Sora clearly loves Kairi or he wouldnt be so embarrassed about the idea of Riku sharing a paopu with her Plus again, he drew himself sharing a paopu with her in the secret place, and in response she drew herself sharing it with her
