Do you think Sora and Riku's keyblade wielding styles will be heavily changed because they've been taught the proper way to wield the Keyblade by Yen Sid

I don't think that's what Yen Sid meant when he said that. How you HOLD the Keyblade is much different from how you WIELD a Keyblade. Wielding would mean how you use and handle the thing, as well as your skills, abilities, experience, and such. Holding would mean how you hold the thing. Nothing else to that really. Sora and Riku will probably hold their weapons the same way (which have slightly changed over the years mind you), but they will wield or handle their weapons and skills differently. Don't expect anything too radical happen, only subtle changes or alterations.

Sora's way of holding the keyblade is wierd, but effective. Sora's fighting style looks fun and looks goofy, but is efficient.

Their wielding styles will stay the same as they are now.

I could see them using new moves, but I can't imagine the way that they'd wield the Keyblade would change.

I don't know. Maybe, maybe not. We'll know when a new trailer is out.
