Alright so I'm already at Castle Oblivion 13th floor, I've synthesized all the rooms and defeated all the heartless within them. I'm on level 60 and right at Marluxia's door. What arrangement of cards can I use to defeat Marluxia? Last time I played RE:COM, I beat Marluxia with luck and I don't know if I can do it again cause I had trouble with Axel on level 57.

I used Sonic Blades,Leathal frames and cure cards

I personally found Axel more of a "challenge" than Marluxia.

I found Larxene2 a challenge until I found the nicely combo's that kh13 was doing.

I had to be 60+ to beat her. Axel2 was fine for me.

use ranged magic attacks, have cures equipped, don't use any sleights, keep a good distance, and dodge roll away.

Fool. Whoa, level 70 and 60? I'm always at the lowest level I can possibly be. I hate grinding.

It's all up to you. There's no point playing something if you can't play it your own way. Still, if you're looking for specific sets of cards, I would suggest installing at least 6 cures, enough cards to do the major special attacks like Sonic Blade, Strike Raid, Ars Arcanum, Ragnorok, etc. Plus sleights like Lethal Frame, Mega Flare, and Omni-slash are really useful against him. I also usually install a lot of thunder cards, even though they don't deal any bonus or extra damage to him. I normally just equip the opposite spell card of the enemy I'm against (Blizzard vs. Axel, Fire vs. Vexen, Aero vs. Larxene, etc.). There doesn't really seem to be an "opposite" to plant/cure, so I guess that leaves thunder...since according to Little Shop of Horrors, lightning kills plants...I guess...I don't know, I never watch that movie. But it's not recommended to install that many Thunder cards,  it's just something I like to do. Otherwise, it's mostly up to you.

It's always a good idea to carry a couple 0's with you.  If you'd like to not have to deal with Marluxia's "Double Sleight" enemy card, you might like to bring along the Parasitic Cage enemy card into the battle.  Unsure if Sonic Blade is still broken, but it might be good to have it available to use.  Blitz is also useful.  Ars Arcanum can deal hefty damage, but can easily be broken if you don't time it right (Unsure of when it's best to use it).  Not much else advice I can give, I'm sure that others have some pretty good tips as well.

I beat him around level 60 with a bunch of attack cards, roxas(enemy card), and oogie boogie.

The second battle against Axel was definitely harder in my opinion, the first Marluxia battle was easier
