terra(or xehanort) says "get out of my heart" and stabs his heart with the keyblade. out of that ansems pet heartless was born. maybe the heartless was terra after all?

First off, it was Xehanort who said that. Secondly, Aqua and Terra do a dual limit AGAINST the guardian to help defeat him so that wouldn't make sense to be Terra . Also, the guardian was already existing before Xehanort did that so it wasn't even 'born ' from that .

I personally think Terra is locked away inside of the guardian, which is his darkness manifested (after all, that's generally what heartless were described to be at first, even if he isn't one). Therefore, you had Terra's light fighting against his pure darkness (the guardian)

The guardian ISN'T a heartless :

 

 In "KHI" when Sora stabs the "Keyblade of people's hearts" into himself to release his heart and Kairi's, Sora's Heartless and Nobody were born. When Master Xehanort and Terra:Xehanort stab themselves with the Keyblade, were his and Terra's Nobodies not created?

That said it seems to be another type of 'being' altogether and we don't really know what it is

 Say we humor the idea---I don't think terra would have such a huge amount of darkness - but Xehanort would bc he mastered and controlled darkness.It makes more sense for it to be Xehanorts darkness or possibly Terra and Xehanorts combined . At the same time Terra wasn't split into two-( his light and his darkness like Ven) so i don't know how he would be split to fight against HIMSELF ..

 No he wasn't . Lingering Will came from Terra . He's referring to when Terranort and Master Xehanort stabbed themslves.. Why would Lingering Will come from when MX stabbed himself - he wasn't  'in 'Terra yet.  Later when MX stabbed himself in TERRANORTS body and this being came is what hes talking about since people wanted to know why this didn't result in a heartless and nobody being formed. Also it is confirmed fact that Ansem and Xemnas were both made from Terra and Xehanort so the guardian cannot be a heartless since their combined heart ends up as Ansem . It's some type of unknown 'being' since it helps protect and takes orders per se .

I think the guardian might be just a heartless like by Ansem.
