Title sucks. Alright, I didn't make this to just talk about the xbone or ps4. I made this to talk about my feelings towards consoles in general....Because i feel like i need to. And yes, as sad, immature and stupid as it is, i get emotional with these things because this is one of my main forms of escapisim from the world. Permission to laugh at me granted ;P

Some backstory: I grew up playing all kinds of consoles, halo, morrowind, kh2, age of empires...those games are my childhood, and so is the consoles they were released for. This made me someone who couldn't ever like the ps3 more than the xbox 360 or wii, because i had all of them. And i liked all of them. And i still do.

Back to the point: I've done more research, and while i love my original xbox and xbox 360, I'm no longer considering pre-ordering an xbox one.

I just can't sit and ignore the b88lshit for the sake of taking the risk for halo and crap anymore. Its pathetic, I already knew these things, but i just wanted to sit on my fence like always. I didn't want to take a side and be part of the arguement. I'm done with their corporate crap. Thats really all there is to it, i don't like being controlled, i don't like advertisements, i don't like tv.

Now, if only i could convince my older brother, but unfortunately, he is a delusional drone who is just going to buy an xbox one at launch. He once dissed kh then went and played CoD. He isn't a real gamer ;/

Buying something you will use, get enjoyment and use of isn't choosing a side, it's actually one of the wisest purchasing reasons when it comes to spending money.  I've never been into Xbox games, so I don't waste my money on it, but I don't avoid it because I'm trying to keep to the side of Sony (considering I get both Sony and Nintendo games) I just don't see a point in dropping money on something I won't use, if I wanted a fancy paperweight I would get a crystal one not an Xbone.  But that's my personal feelings, I don't hate Xbone(or the Xbox line) it's just no use to me.

Fool. If you can, get both. I'm going to get the ps4, but that Titan Fall looks sexy.

I'm not considering getting an XBOne until a looooooooong way down the line, like 2-4 years after it's first release when they have better deals, better games, and better policies....also, when I have more money. Until then, it's Wii U first, then PS4...EVENTUALLY!

Xbox One doesn't really hold my interest, but I'll probably get one if they ever have any exclusives worth anything. (I do enjoy Halo, for the most part) But it'll be the last console I buy this generation. I have to catch up on handhelds, too.

Well I for myself stick with Nintendo and Sony because those two always give me what I want

My Xbox 360 is collecting dust unlike my Wii,Ps3 and Wii U and the only time I play the 360 is when I play Banjo Tooie with my brothers on their own Xbox 360

My brothers are gonna buy an Xbox One,but I have no interest in playing it at all unless by some miracle we get a new Banjo Kazooie game from Rare that isn't the awful Nuts & Bolts or the usual kinect crap.

I like how people are expecting Rare to make a new Banjo Kazooie game when most of the old members of Rare left Microsoft a long time ago because they didn't stand how they were treated. Rare is not who they used to be anymore.

I know buddy, but one can dream right? uhhh who am I kidding. After Nuts & Bolts I lost all hope and the whole kinect sports thing made me hate Rare

If only the creators of Banjo Kazooie can join Retro studios and continue his legacy through a new 3D Donkey Kong game

Yeah that would be great. Though the Donkey Kong Country Reurns games look awesome for a 2D game.

I know I love DKC Returns to Death and I've 100% completed it today.

It's just Donkey Kong 64 was one of the best games I've ever played in my life and I want the previous rare staff to join Retro and make a game with the same style as DK64

Sometimes you gotta realize that, the reason you buy a gaming console is to play the games that you like instead of hating on the negative stuffs all the time. Not everyone likes COD and not everyone likes KH. It all comes down to your own decision in the end and not based on others. Buy something that you will enjoy playing on, not hating on it.
