I'm talking about the Destiny Islands.

 

Isn't it weird that you can't see the island with the town from the island that Sora and co. play on, but you can see the island they play on from the island with the town.

 

What are your thoughts on this? As far as I'm concerned, this happens in KH 1 and 2.

I know what you mean.  It's kinda odd.  Oh well, hopefully that'll be fixed in KH3, lol.

Never really noticed, to be honest. 

Draw distance isn't always great.  

The island with the town is more flat- the island they play on is taller! ^^

Yeah it is really weird. In KH2 I noticed it, I was like wait a second this cannot be right. Because KH1 should be able to show where Sora, Riku, Kairi, and the others live, so they shoud've seen buildings from their town or something from it.

Or does it?

The islanders have to protect themselves from neighboring tribes.

So they have a magic force field that makes their island invisible.

They don't care about their children getting attacked, though.

So you can see the play island, but not the village island.

You may be right but Ithink no one knows magic.

There may be some final fantasy characters living there who knows it.

 

I think Square didn't really mind it. At least we could see a town in KH2.
