Following the numbered title tradition, it would be highly probably for Kingdom Hearts III to feature a Final Mix edition, possibly with an international release. If Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ included a console remake of Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, it is feasible to fully remake Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance for the PlayStation 4. This is all speculation if Kingdom Hearts III does not at least contain a theater mode for Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance to begin with.

Or they could just put everything in the original release and not make us have to play $60 for the game again... I'd be happier that way. Final Mixes get kinda annoying, I don't want to have to buy the game twice, as much as I love the series. They should just take the extra month or two to make it the best game it can be, without any add-on content.

Waaay too early to ask about this

Very interesting theory o.o I like the way you think! ^^I've personally been wondering how 3D is going to get it's remake, and so far your suggestion sounds the most plausible :O But only time will tell I guess xD

Final Mixes are some of the most unprofessional games i've seen se make. If you're going to make a game do it the right way in the first place

Hmmmm. I don't know about all that...

sure, if squeenix decides to be a turd and make us wait for awesome new content.

final mixes are out of the question at this point in time. it's way too early, and not to mention that the game isn't going to even come out for at least 2 years.

I think KH3D will appear as a PSN download like AC3:Liberation is. The latter was a Vita game and now it's being ported to PSN, XBL & Steam. I have a feeling 3D will have a similar fate

That is a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE stretch. At this point, I think Nomura is going to try to put everything, and I mean EVERYTHING into the game and NOT try to make another re-release, especially when it has divided the fanbase before. The idea of a full remake for Dream Drop Distance on the PS4 alone, let alone bundled with a Kingdom Hearts III Final Mix, is a stretch WAY too far. If they were to make a remake of Dream Drop Distance so soon since it's release, if anything, they would remake it on a current generation console, like the PS3, or more likely, the Wii U, since it has better graphical quality than the PS3 and utilizes double screen technology. But even that can still be considered a stretch, but it's a slightly more realistic stretch.

If they make another final mix and make it japan only, im never gonna play kh again...

PS4 is region free, so there's that

Didn't think about this.. Its hope!

I doubt it. If they want to add more content then they can put DLC on PSN/XBOX LIVE. Much better than buying the same game again.
