As I said recently in a status, I'm thinking about holding a tournament for the new Smash Bros game coming out later this year. The main issue is that there will be two versions: One on Wii U, one on 3DS. It's been confirmed that they have different stages, so there isn't any crossplatform multiplayer. This means I can only do it for one version, unless we have two separate tournaments. So, assuming that neither version has issues with the online multiplayer, which one would you rather have in a tournament?

I think the majority of us have 3ds and no wii u. So my vote is 3ds.

Considering that I won't be getting the 3DS version of the game, I'd like the tournament on Wii U.

Huh, I was thinking the 3DS version would be getting the most votes. I'm surprised the Wii U has the most. Not in a bad way though, since that was my vote too. Of course, I'm getting both versions, so I can go either way with it. Just wanted to get what the majority wanted.

Why not both? One tournament for the Wii U version, and one for the 3DS version. You probably wouldn't want to have to deal with two tournaments, though, Blaxel, so you could probably get someone else so the both of you can do one tournament each.

Yeah, I've thought of that too. I've been kinda leaning towards that, I just wanted to know what everyone else wanted.

Well if you have a Wii U, I would go for the Wii U since you can play it on the bigger screen and see all the HD goodness, otherwise get the 3DS version you can take it on the go and battle friends.
