Sucked in to all the X-3 haters.

The holidays are behind us and initial sales numbers for the high definition releases of Final Fantasy X and X-2 have rolled in after a week of reporting. According to Famitsu’s tracking, the game sold a total of 339,902 units across both the PS3 and PS Vita platforms. The initial breakdown shows 182,638 units sold on PS3 with a combined 159,102 units of the PS Vita Twin Pack and Final Fantasy X versions purchased from December 23rd through the 29th in Japan. Currently, we have no idea on how the Vita version of X-2 sold although further information from Media Create should be available some time this week.

Well, this means that X-3 is definitely gonna come. Since the sales are very excellent, We definitely gonna see a sequel. And don't say it will be on PS3, cause it sure would not be.

Of course not, it'll be on PS4 and either PS Vita or Xbox One. I'd lean more towards PS Vita.

I honestly reckon Square Enix's final release on the PS3 will be a HD remaster of XII.

I'm glad it sold well :) i guess I'll have to pick it up eventually then

Sold much better than LRFFXIII that;s for sure

which means X-3 is inevitable....time for headless Tidus revived by Yuna and lost his memories

Well that's good to hear! To bad I will never get to play the HD Remasters cause I don't own a PS3 and putting all of my money to get a PS4 at the moment.
