I know some people don't really care for side characters but I do and here are some side characters that should be KH3:

Max: Max should definitly be a character because he is Goofy's son first of all and he was in both A Goofy Move and An Extremely Goofy Movie. It would be awesome to see Sora's and Donald's reaction find out that Goofy had a son and Goofy never mentioned it.

Lady & Jock: They made a cameo in KH 1 and KH 3D but they never really mentioned that they were in the game. They were only a statue. Have them in a mini-game of some sort.

Pleakley: Jumba and Gantu was introduced in BBS but not Pleakley. I thought he was a good character in both the movies and the animated series. I thought he was a good comedy relief.

Christopher Robin: I wouldn't mind seeing Christopher Robin in KH 3 because 100 Acre Woods was was 3 games but he was nowhere in site.

Mortimer Mouse: Not alot of people knew about Mortimer Mouse. He was in House of Mouse and Mickey's Rival where he was a rival to Mickey.

I can't see KH Goofy with a kid, especially this long without establishing anything like that. 

 

Not sure why the Lady and the Tramp characters would be featured at all, really. I don't think they'd contribute anything worthwhile beyond cameo appearances, like what they've already had.

 

Assuming Stitch even comes back, which is a faint possibility, I can see Pleakley and Jumba maybe. 

 

No. Sora IS Christopher Robin.

 

I can't see Mortimer fitting in at this point, either. 

 

 

tbh, the only side characters I can see being introduced THIS late in the game would be Final Fantasy characters, such as Lightning.

Well, as for Christopher Robin. Kaweebo is right, Sora more or less fill Christopher's roles in the Hundred Acre Wood.

 

But I can see José Carioca and Panchito Pistoles, from "Salados Amigos" and "The Three Caballeros". I can see Sora now "You never told me you were in a band, Donald" Donald:" It was a phase, alright? I don't wanna talk about it!

As mentioned, Sora takes the place of Christopher Robin so it would be redundant to include him.  Mortimer usually is Mickey's love rival, the one who tends to cause trouble and issues is usually Pete rather than Mortimer.  

I would be happy to see Stitch again (Hawaii) which would most likely involve others.  

 

And I agree that it's gone on so long without mentioning Max it would be weird to introduce him.

 

I don't mind seeing a Lady and the Tramp world of sorts but I don't think they're necessary
