Has anyone but me noticed that whenever there's a new KH game out every Kh fan just goes and buy a console FOR JUST THAT GAME? Not to be mean but isn't that kind a desperate way to play Kingdom Hearts games? I mean you don't need to get EVERY console just to play the series. Just look at kingdom hearts 3D. Already Kh fans are gonna sell their DSI's just to get the new kingdom hearts 3DS. Don't you guys think it is kinda a waste of money to buy a console just for one game then sell it just for another KH game coming out for another console? Sorry if this was mean, not trying to be a troll or anything.

Days and bbs are great i was really surprised at how good they were (tho i haven't played bbs yep ) but i think they shud lay off the handhelds for awhile don't you? I agree about the no handheld thing, but why should we then go out and buy a ps3? Its way to expensive(in my opinion) and it would break the whole ps2 thing they have going on for the "Sora" part of the story.

 

It would only make sense for the next big title to be on the PS3 since they announced a long time ago they would no longer be making KH games for the PS2 after KH: Final Mix+.

^ This. And I've said time and time again, Nomura announced years ago that there won't be any more PS2 KH games.

I'd rather buy a new handheld than a new console, especially since I was already planning on getting said handheld (the 3ds I mean.) However, they have made a lot of handheld games lately. On the other hand, I prefer handhelds because you can play them anywhere. Oh well, they will probably release a console game soon.

I'm getting a PSP for BBS.

And besides, I've always kinda wanted a Psp.... ._.

Assuming you're a FF fan to you should definitely give Dissidia, Crisis Core and Tactis a go they're pretty good and if you're into 3D adventure/shooters Ratchet & Clank Size Matters, Secret Agent Clank, Daxter, MGS Peace Walker and GOW Chains of Olympus are all fantastic games.

I guess I can say I'm a desperated fan, but just because I friking need to buy BBS right when it's released (or before it)

and yeah, I brought my PSP because of BBS and Dissida, and I was interested on the DS just because of KH: 358/2 days, and I want the 3DS because of KH:3D

 

but who just buys a news console/handled just because of ONE game? you WILL eventually find other awsome titles in just a matter of time, like I did for the PSP

Well, the 360 is the least likely console available to get a KH game.

I am a desperate fun and I'mnot rly ashamed I want to play the games and I want to play them whenever I want and that's why I buy the consoles and the games x3 Kh is like my limit when it comes to consoles x3 Knowing me I'd buy a console impulsively cause I'm bored nd that IS waste of money for me >.< So I ade myself wait for kh before buying anything as to save some money for the time being x3 Plus in the end , I end up playing other games in the console either way so I don't rly mind

I'm sure you've noticed the pattern:

 

Main games = Sony

Non-main games = Nintendo

 

Microsoft doesn't really have a place here. In fact, their consoles are the least likely ones Square-Enix games are released on.

im not spoiled i havent bought any new console just for kh games i would have it before they said anything about like ive had a ps2 for a very long time and i had a psp before bbs and a ds before days coded and 3D but ive been trhinking about selling my ds for a 3ds because i can still play my ds games on it and it doesnt mean im desperate either

People actually buy a system/consold/handheld just for one game? I got a PS2 to play KH, GTAs, and a lot more games. I got my DS to get pokemon, some mario games, and a few years later, then I find out DAYS is coming out for ds. But I sold my ds lite and pre-orderd the Dsi when it came out cause the camera and stuff. I just recently found out about CoM for the gameboy. I thought Re:CoM was the first CoM and didn't know why it had Re. Then me and my brother goes to gamestop one day. I preorder Pokemon SS and he buys KH CoM for gameboy. I'm like wow when did that come out!?! I have to get that. I find out it came out many years ago cause I found out about CoM this year lol. Then I got my PSP cause it was cheap, and I got it for the Japanese version of BbS, the GTAs, the metal gear solids and some other good games. I got my xbox 360 recently cause it was cheap, and for a lot of games like assassins creed, batman asylum, gtas, CoD, halos, and possibly kh3. I'm going to be getting the 3DS for pretty much every game announced for it so far lol.

I don't buy games unless I already have the system required for it. However due to the extremely long waiting period for KH games sometimes my systems may begin to degrade and I have to replace them. This happens mostly because I play other games on it and it's not just sitting there waiting for one game.

 

The only time I'll ever buy a console just for a KH game is when KH3 comes out. By the time KH3 comes out there is going to be another generation of consoles I guarantee it. Seriously, we probably would wait another 8 to 10 years for KH3 if we're lucky. By then we'll have the PS4 and the Xbox 720 or whatever the companies decide to call it.

Thanks for that! 'Cause yea, if there's a new KH game being released, I'll buy the console (If I don't have it) JUST so I can play it. I did it with the DS and PSP, plainin' to do it for 3DS aswell. Because honostly, I don't really play other games; I might play Soul Calibur 4 or Virtua Fighter 5 here and there....but that's kinda it. ;;;

I don't like the idea of this game so I'm not getting a 3ds for just THAT.

I am getting a psp for bbs however. But only bc there's actually good games I want for it.

don't they need to go and head make a movie or a tv show or somthing like that. i mean it's popular. their going to make money of of it. make a move about the first 4. and in about 10 years. square encs. will be rich

i come from a gaming family. so the lack of consoles hasnt ever been an issue for me. i just skip school, buy the game, and play like a lil crazy addict holed up in her room.

 

however i guess ill be forced into buying that new Nintendo 3DS, huh?
