They've slipped music from Ruby/Sapphire into both Generation 5 AND Generation 6 music. I know that they tend to reuse music, but I love how they're teasing the fans who want the RS remakes. xD (Note: I want RS remakes a lot, I'm not going to instantly assume this means that they're going to happen now, though.)

Videos for comparisson:

RS Elite Four theme:

BW Elite Four theme:

(At about 1:17, you can hear a clip from the SE E4 theme)

RS gym leader theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E76zZ-lH8k8

XY Champion theme:

(Go to 0:45 in the video, there's a vague similarity to the RS gym leader theme).

Pretty sure in X/Y there are some people whose dialogue very clearly references Ruby/Sapphire. For example, there's a couple who talked about visiting the marine aquarium place in the Hoenn, and soon it would be their 'Ruby and Sapphire anniversaries'.

A lot of NPC's in X&Y references Hoenn, not to mention that Gen 3 got the most amount of Mega Evolution out of all gens(I WANT MY GEN 5 MEGA'S NOW)

So I'm pretty sure it's only a matter of time before Gamefreak announces the RubySapphire remake

I love when GF just puts any reference to previous games within their music, like with VS. Kanto Legendary:

RS remakes would be great! *crosses fingers*

But I agree, making references to previous games is awesome in itself.

Sweetness.

I think 3rd gen is the best gen awesome Pokemon and music and story so I honestly think a remake will be out next year.

Well, with that, it's because it was the Kanto Pokemon. It's kind of obligatory to give them their own battle themes at this point. It's cool when they do something like that, but it's even more mysterious when they sneak it into something unrelated, like what they've been doing with some Hoenn themes lately.

I think they'll probably have one released sometime soon, but it might be a while. They usually release a third version (Which will likely be Z this generation, unless they make an X2/Y2), then make a remake if they decide to do one. My guess is we'll have Z version either late this year or next year, then RS remakes a year or so after that.

Or it could be with what they did with 3rd gen. Released Ruby and Sapphire then Fire Red and Lead Green and then followed by Emerald

Oh, was it in that order? I totally forgot, it's been such a long time. xD Sorry for mixing it up. I still kind of get the idea we'll get a Z version before any remakes, though.

I agree I would like the Kalos region to have more exploration in it.

Poor little pokemon fans *bats around a yawn ball*

....Even notice R/S/E=genoration 3?!

Being Kingdom Hearts fans and all, you can all guess what i'm trying to say hear :P
