I'm pretty sure her first word was Roxas. If you try to speak to her before going on a mission with her, she says nothing. Throughout the mission, she says nothing. Therefore, I doubt she was that chatty with anyone else. so it's safe to assume that 'Roxas' was her first word.

There is no way we can prove this but since Sora's memories of Kairi were the ones pourd into Xion (Hence the way she looks) her first words might have been Sora or Kairi.

well in the game it suggests that it was her first word, since roxas asked himself if that was the first thing she said

roxas was here first word becous saix new when she said her first word thats why he keep putting them togther on missons soo roxas would be the first word she says

Like in the cutscene at the beginning of the game, Xemnas is talking to roxas and it shows Xemnas scattering letters in soras name and adding an X. Eventually it says roxas, and roxas says roxas. Xion might have not been that repetetive though.

Highly doubtful she even went through the naming ceremony. She isnt even a real Nobody. I doubt Xemnas would go through that for nothing.

I don't think it would be as flashy as Roxas' anyway, but a naming ceremony occured nevertheless.
