Hey there everyone, how's it going?  You know, I was thinking about this today, and since Kingdom Hearts 3 is coming ever closer to us, I wanted to discuss about two former worlds in the series that I think should make a return in Kingdom Hearts 3.  This is my opinion though, so feel free to disagree if you don't like the two worlds I've picked, but yeah, here's the gist, so resume reading my fellow members.

 

Okay, so two worlds I think would be perfect going back into in Kingdom Hearts 3 are:

• The Land Of Dragons:  As we all know, Mulan had a direct to video sequel in 2004 if I'm not mistaken.  While sometimes direct to video sequels don't turn out that well, this movie could fit into Kingdom Hearts 3, and here's my reason why.  In the movie, Mulan and Shang are to be married, and well, Mulan's parents said that they must learn to accept each other and accept their differences, like ying and yang. (Perfect example of the light and darkness themes present in the Kingdom Hearts universe.) Another thing that immediately brings into attention the inclusion of this world in the game is that the movie also deals with the theme of the duty to one's heart.  The Emperor's three daughters are sent to marry a young prince from a neighboring country in order to establish peace between the two kingdoms, and the three daughters must ignore their heart's true calling to please their father.  I think this would make for an interesting plot for Sora and the gang to visit, and I think it'd be awesome.  
• The Pride Lands:  For Kingdom Hearts 3, we could return to the Pride Lands to witness the story of Kovu and Kiara, two lions from two different prides who are enemies to each other.  It would be awesome to have this world in the game, because think about it.  Kovu struggles against his inner darkness and the dark past that haunts him, just like Riku had to struggle against his inner darkness while constantly being haunted by Ansem.  I find that these two characters could make an interesting connection, and well, Zira is way more vicious than Scar ever was, because he sang about taking over the kingdom, but she sang about killing each one of Simba's loved ones.  For a cartoon movie, that's pretty dark.  So yeah, I find that it would be amazing to see Kovu and Kiara in Kingdom Hearts 3!  (Plus, Kovu's voice actor is the same actor that voices Noel Kreiss from Final Fantasy XIII-2 and XIII-3!  At least I think it is, because the two voices sound amazingly similar.)

So yeah, those are two worlds I think would fit in quite well in Kingdom Hearts 3.  I also considered Pirate Of The Caribbean to make a return, but since I was thinking about these two worlds specifically, I decided to talk about these two worlds.  Anyways, I hope that you all enjoyed reading this topic, and tell me what you think of these two worlds returning in Kingdom Hearts 3!  I'd very much like to read your opinions.

Two more likely and perfect worlds would be Destiny Islands (getting to explore both islands) and Radiant Garden (getting to explore the entire town and castle)

You mean Aladdin and the King Of Thieves, that's the movie where Aladdin's father appears.  If that's what your referring to, then yeah.

Anyway, I personally didn't like the Mulan sequel very much. It seemed kind of ridiculous and the character design/animation looked awful at times (not that the latter would matter in case it comes to KH3). So.. I wouldn't really want to see that in KH3. Then again, I didn't like the Mulan world in KH2 either. At least not much.

 

However, I think The Lion King 2 would be perfect for KH3, for the reasons you state. Kovu and Riku really are kind of similar lol. I would love to see that in KH3. It's also one of my favorite Disney sequels. So, nice idea~

Those are some great ideas! I'm not sure about the story for Pride Lands, but I think there is a way that the story can spin off of that sequel, considering that Simba and Nala did have their baby in the end of KH2. I also really like the idea of Land of Dragons returning, and I want to see Port Royal as well. Obviously, the two sequels (Dead Man's Chest and At World's End) should be the story. It'd be awesome.

Halloween town/Christmas town and destiny islands

I was thinking they should save the Lion King 2 story for when Sora is getting his own kid, but I think your description has convinced me otherwise! And anytime I can hang with China's bravest warrior is always assured fun!

Lol I'd accept Pride lands as long as they put Fox and the Hound in, only because I want to see him as a brand new animal this time, like a fox, and KH3 is the perfect chance for that
