Master Xehanort lose his calm and polite persona if beaten and become much more angry, raising his voice?

Xehanort is the very definition of not giving a fvck. You can't change that

Ok.

I think we should fight him in a abyss like the final boss in the first game. Like pitch black, your flying. Nothing to land on, nothing but a mad man who would risk the destruction of all, worlds out of sheer curiosity

Nope.

Personally, I love it when the seemingly calm, collected villain is backed into a corner and reveals just how bat-crap crazy they are

Unlikely... but, personally, I'd like to see that :) maybe.

Xehanort's always calm because he somehow seems to be one step ahead of everyone...he knows how powerful he is. But since his defeat is a given in this game, he won't be the victor so I do think he will actually snap and explode.

Nah, I prefer the calm, cool exterior.  Some of my very favorite villains are those that are smooth and eerily calm, as they're partly scarier this way.

That would be pretty cool. I want to see him get fed up with all this shit.
