The delicate balance of the Triforce has been disrupted, and Hyrule Kingdom is once again being torn apart by a dark power, this time lead by Sorceress Cia. Now it’s up to the legendary hero Link to face hordes of enemies and find the missing Princess Zelda™. Advance the story to unlock new playable characters with unique moves and weapon types. Collect Rupees and other useful items to upgrade weapons and craft badges, which you can use to bolster each warrior’s abilities. Then unleash the full power of your attacks with intense combos to clear wave after wave of Bokoblin hordes. You’ll have to get your gloves dirty to save Hyrule this time.

It's a concept art, but it'd be before Skyward Sword.

Some sort of location?

That's definitly Skyloft. This seem to illustrate that moment when Skyloft  is being taken away from Hyrule to the sky,so if that's really an artwork from Hyrule warrior then that means Hyrule warrior will be a prequel to Skyward Sword and Demise will be in the game

Yes, Skyloft is the part of the Surface that the goddess Hylia lifted to the skies when Demise threatened darkness over the Surface. It's basically the main hub from Skyward Sword.

Sounds cool.

That has to be skyloft.

this is seeming to be more and more cannon

Wait...if that is Skyloft this means...Hyrule Warriors will be the new "first game" in the timeline :O *mind blown*

If it's canon, which is starting to seem very likely.

If it is then..

Shit, I didn't like skyward sword too much :/

If all of this is true i have no doubt that it won't be canon.

im 90% sure this game is cannon

I will wait at least until E3 maybe they will reveal a possible canon position there :)

If canon, it's the first Zelda title to not have "The Legend of Zelda" in it.

I also think they will leave the name official maybe adding "The Legend of Zelda" to it and do the same with the logo. But i think the logo on the top of this thread looks pretty good too.

Well atm Hyrule Warriors is not the full official name maybe they are adding the normal "The Legend of Zelda" to the title or this is also part of Aonumas plan to break up the Zelda traditions.

I think the fact that they have a nice, polished logo ready means the title isn't changing anymore. I actually really like the title and logo. I mean, Hyrule in Zelda font and Warriors in Dynasty Warriors font makes you understand how well the collaboration is.

True but maybe there will be a surprise. I just hope i will manage to get a wiiu until it comes out...

About the Skyloft thingy: That without a doubt is Skyloft, you can clearly see the Statue of the Goddess in one of the islands. It also seems to have a important role in the story, since Nintendo uploaded the pic to their FB page, but then suddenly delete it. So if the game is canon, it is pretty much confirmed this will be Pre-SS.

About this not having "The Legend of Zelda" infront of Hyrule Warriors: This is pretty much the origin story of it all, if it is canon, that which would lead to The Legend of Zelda, so it would be kinda weird for it to have "The Legend of Zelda" in the title, when the legend still doesn't exist, or begins to take form at the end of the game. Plus, people would confuse it even more for it being Aonuma's Zelda game.
