May 31, 201411 yr Xehanort is not black. He ain't even close. He just has brown skin with old SE Asian features. Sora could pass for a 1/4 black. I am serious. I see kids like that that look like Sora all the time.
May 31, 201411 yr Trolls 'round here...I mean come on....Anyone with functioning retinas can plainly see that Xehanort is not black, and frankly, "Black" people aren't even black. They're a very dark brown, usually. And I must say, subliminal messages must not be very effective, because I've met plenty of decent people who are not ethnically similar to me, and thought they were well-meaning people, most often. "How's it hangin' ma nigga?" is the African-American equivalent of "How are things, citizen?" It's simply the unnecessary condemnation of the former as "uneducated," or "poverty-stricken," or even "potential criminal," that creates rifts of opinion. And it's a sad, childish thing, at that. Of course, human nature being indelible as it is at times, the prospect of substituting an insult for a kind word, simply because the insult brings greater satisfaction, is not regarded with particular favor. It reminds me of something I read about wild birds, which will kill their offspring if said offspring are exposed to anything else besides the mother. Cats will eat their offspring, and often it is unpredictable, but usually occurs because it is either the first time they give birth, or they have been distressed by something. The moral of the story is, don't "eat" people who aren't carbon copies of you. Instead, feed them warm milk and fish, and clean their litterbox regularly. Square Enix as a pseudo-racist, potential dictator certainly seems to be an interesting idea. I too would neglect to include darker skinned people in the game I'm designing if the entirety of my country included less blacks per capita than Berlin, and I had never laid eyes on one before. Of course, being Asian, I also probably wouldn't care about any other race besides my own.
June 1, 201411 yr I have the same skin tone as Xehanort. Well I'm 75% black and 25% white, but whatever. Point is...I have to say that I wish Square Enix created more characters of different "cultures" and "skin tones" but....I don't really see it as racist and a big deal either! That's just how Square Enix is and we're gonna have to accept it.
June 1, 201411 yr I'm black and I cant even talk here lol, that is no way on earth black, thats not even tan black and i should know because i'm tan black, if anything hes just extremely dark Chinese
June 1, 201411 yr Pretty sure Xehanort is just tan, not black. Additionally there are black people not evil in KH. In fact they're personality-less. LOL this killed me. Like they're black. This is an old topic, been discussed numerous times.
June 2, 201411 yr Yeah OP I know how you feel. There isn't even a tomato in KH. So racist.I bet there is a tomato in Rabbit's garden in the 100 Acre Wood, so there you go.
August 2, 201411 yr Why sqaure enix you racist Xehanort is not so "black" dude The Black is related to Darkness, it's not racist
August 2, 201411 yr Most of the darker toned characters are "bad," true, but Sora is darker than characters like Roxas, Ventus, Axel, Naminé, Kairi, Aqua, Terra, Yen Sid, and a few others. I think it's unrelated.
August 2, 201411 yr I don't think he's black lol. I agree. I don't think he is either. You might be bad with colors though to ask such a question.
August 3, 201411 yr Xehanort is tan not black! And so is Aladdin, and he's not evil. http://kingdomhearts.wikia.com/wiki/Gallery:Aladdin
August 3, 201411 yr I find it really odd how Japanese games never actually have any characters that are Japanese. Square Enix is not Rascist against Black People. They're racist against themselves.
Why
sqaure enix you racist
