    My Gamecube Twilight Princess disc was scratched because it was lost under my bed for many weeks and when I finally found it,it wouldn't work anymore so I ended up buying the game again for the Wii this time around.

    My precious, precious FFX : it got badly scratched and I couldn't get past a cutscene

     

    Also, my KH2 game was glitchy for unknown reasons, and it kept on crashing at the Xaldin bossfight... Eventually it fixed itself so it's all good :P

    My Kingdom Hearts game. I had to get a special cleaning at a video rental store. Twice. The first time was when I reached Halloween Town, the first scene after going through the gate won't start. When that was fixed I had another problem, after fighting the final battle with Ansem Seeker of Darkness. It would freeze at the point when Kairi sees Sora's little paopu fruit addition on the picture they drew in the Secret Place when they younger.
