At four points around the mountain known as Evraius the Teragren captains went over the situation once more to be sure there was no confusion; this was a volunteer mission, there was a high risk of death, and once the climbers passed the Teragen gates onto the premises of Evraius they were no longer under the protection of the Teragren army, and nobody would help but the rest of their team members.Of the 19 volunteers that passed the test to be accepted into the Evraius mission there were now four teams, each of 4 or 5 people. The army had brought them to the four gates that separated Evraius from the Kingdom of Teragren. The strategy was that they may be more effective if they could split the Kamyn attention and thus have a better survival rate. Now the four teams sat at their respective gates, facing the world changing mountain that would be their future; Evraius. The teams were split up in the following ways:Gold Team, made up of Drale Vay, Amber Dolor, Cornelius Bastion, and Sandrew.Silver Team, made up of Sonya Bishop, Kinzoku Mors, Averain, and Jasper SummersIron Team, made up of Alice Thornsberry, Emert Berger, Morgan Etiam Vinctum, and Doctor Pellinore WartropPlatinum Team, made up of Apollo, Lance Alburght, Varion Hain, Fairy, Aya Kozakura, Sairi KozakuraEach of the gates rumbled opened painfully and slowly, with a history of destruction and cruelty beyond their metal bars."Okay." Each captain spoke to the respective teams as they mounted their horses once again and steered back toward the road."You all have 5 minutes to greet your new teammates and enter the gates. The magical locks will automatically close them again after that point. There won't be any returning until you have something substantial to return with." The gist of each captain's parting words were. They had all rehearsed together so the information would be similar for each group. It also helped mask the fear. And then each group was left alone, each with a gate and a beaten dirt path beyond it sitting before them. It was time to start the introductions and get going. It was time to start the climb.Watching every gate through spectral projections, Adriev pondered. He stood in a pure white room with 5 others. After watching the four teams for a few moments he turned to his peers: Efenton, Girver, Dante, and Vortimer. Only one was missing."So..." He spoke slowly, weighing every word. "What shall we do about this?"

Smirking to Varion's comment Tristan makes sure the strap that holds his sword to his back is nice and tight "Ha would we be in Kamyn territory if everything like this wasn't a trap" giving one last look around the room they were currently in Tristan called out to the other four with him "Alright Varion Kinzoku Fairy Sairi why dont we go join the others on the other side alright everyone all together make a run for it!" Yelling out Tristan signaled to the others to make a run for the door in attempts to see if there plan would be a success

(Okay.  Let's see here....)

"Ugh.  As you wish Adriev."  Griver responds annoyed.  Furious to now end, Griver yells to himself:  "YAAAAAH!  Curse you Ryu!  Though I've failed in striking you down, I take absolute pleasure knowing Adriev will obliterate you!!"  Sighing and trying to regain his composure, Griver grins, thinking:  Well Iron team, here I come.  Whether you are ready or not, your lives will be determined today.  Levitating, Griver flies towards his destination at a frightening speed fueled by anger.

Cornelius sagged for a moment, then jerked up. He blinked a few times and focused on the others.

"Still breathing, everyone?" He asked.

Kamyn

"Very well, then traitor." Adriev seemed, at least on the outside, to be unfazed by Ryu's skill. "Allow me to arrange transportation."

A sphere appeared around the both of them, and began shining. After 30 seconds the shine became intensely bright and then began to dim. The two Kamyn now found themselves on a desert with no signs of life anywhere. Adriev's blade disappeared, and instead both his hands suddenly materialized orbs of energy, which proceeded to grow more and more dense and bright.

"No restrictions?"

Adriev threw one of the orbs towards Ryu, and as it moved, the whole ground 50 feet around it was torn asunder and pulled apart atomically, garnering more and more mass as the orb shot towards Ryu.

"Let this battle truly begin then."

((Ultimus, the Iron team is fighting Sanya right now, so just join in with her against them for now.))

She took flight and dodged the attack...nope, he managed to throw her into the wall, wbere she was held by the force thrown at her. She sighed.

"You don't get it." She peeled herself from the wall. "I came here seeking death. Vedik promised to end my eternal suffering. Instead I was...given a choice." She closed her eyes, feeling the power of a Kamyn flow through her. "I realized why I had to live. Judge me for it, fine. But I am no fool." The air rippled, a hurricane now centralized on her. Her Familiars swam through the hurricane, protecting her. She was hiding; a large chunk of rock was torn loose, blood flowed into the hurrice a bit before she cauterized the wound with a sharp cry. Her tiger left her. But for a reason. The hurricane died, and Sanya was mostly battle ready.

"This isn't just a mountain. It is a monument. A monument to all your sins."

(Alright.)

Flying down, Griver lands close to the desired area.  Walking the rest of the way, he thinks:  So many disappointments with recent events.  I must be sure to succeed with this task.  Finally reaching the destination, Griver looks outward to the Iron team.  He also notices Sanya and thinks:  What's this?  A new Kamyn?  Something new keeps going on.

Letting out some amused laughing, Griver walks forward slowly and says:  "Hello one and all.  How are you doing?  Who am I you might wonder?  Well my name is Griver.  As I'm sure you can figure, I'm indeed a Kamyn.  This is a surprise, I must say.  Never would've thought there comes a new member among the Kamyn ranks.  And a lovely lady no less.  Not to mention, the lot of you people for making it thus far.  It is quite something, is it not?  But that doesn't matter now.  This is as far as you cretins will go.  Attempting to travel any further will mean dire consequences.  I feel I want to say:  'Cease your annoyance,  turn around, and leave this place.'  But I have the strongest sensation you will not listen, or obey.  So, on that note, let's get this matter over with, yes?"

(I for one,as Fairy, haven't sinned once. )

Fairy sighed. "We heard you but we can't back out now. So long as we all get in it's fine." She readied herself to run then ran.(Whoa who would have guessed) She wanted everyone to make it,her fear was that this would be allowed. Although she never did like breaking rules. Here though breaking rules had to be a good thing as Kaymn only seemed to want them dead. However fear is something she lived with. More than that was the bad feeling she was getting and had been getting for awhile now.

(Heyb it's a post)

Sanya observed Griver enter the area. Her familiars hissed or growled or in the case of Aryel, looked murderous (mermaids...) so she dismissed them. Stepping over to Griver, she kept her back to the group.

"Sanya. I'm one of the new Kamyn." She said emorionlessly. "And I have other things I wish to do. Can you handle them on your own?"

Her tiger had contacted her.

Sanya had to go. Now.

(Sorry guys. Rolled a die. Plan was destined to fail anyway. Sorry especially to Sora I feel like a hypocrite now.)

As everyone around he began to run, Kinzoku stood still. Perfectly straight and still. If you were to look at her, then one might see that she had golden eyes. Those who had been with her before might recognize this. The curse was back. Cursed Kinzoku summoned her ingots and created a large wall. Before anyone could realize what she was doing or that she was under the curse's influence, Kinzoku pushed the wall forward. In turn, the wall narrowed down he conscious party's options to only the open door on the other side. The wall would not, could not be stopped, and the others had no way to try and snap Kinzoku out of it because she had cut the wall. Leaving the only option to go through the door as planned, and leave Kinzoku to whatever the Kamyns desired of her.

The Doctor glanced towards Cathos, sporting a slight grin. "Learn from me? Well, I'm not much for teaching, but the Encyclopedia of Monstrumology is a good baseline of my studies. It is supposed to be edited by all of the Monstrumology Society, but 95% of the articles are written by me." The Doctor spoke, informing Cathos on how to obtain his knowledge for himself. Warthrop had at this point flipped back to his current work in progress, continuing to scribble in his book while Griver arrived and spoke. When the new arrival had finished, the Doctor looked up to him.

"On your mark." He said, confirming Griver's suspicions. He was not backing down. Then Sanya began to back down. The Doctor immediately smiled at the young lady. "Oh mademoiselle, leaving already? But we were having so much fun." The Doctor teased.

(Dear God No Kinzoku dam curse)

Finally reaching the door Tristan noticed Kinzoku's eyes just before her wall was put up "Sh*t!" Quickly drawing his sword Tristan drove it into the side of the door frame making it impossible for the door to instantly close now no matter what "Varion Fairy Sairi move it quick i can only hold this thing open for so long!" urging the others to reach the door fast Tristan's gaze fell upon Kinzoku's ingots wall "(Dammit even with my strengthen magic there'd be no point in trying to smash through that that curse activated again i knew i should of said something when selecting the four dammit dammit dammit why didnt i predict it why?!)"

Griver turns his head to Sanya and replies:  "Have some personal matter to attend to elsewhere?  Well it's no concern of mine I suppose.  Go on miss Sanya.  I'm sure I can handle this by myself just fine."  He then turns to the Doctor and responds:  "Ha ha.  You are sort of funny sir.  Tired of me already?  I haven't had my fun with you lot yet."  Snapping his right fingers, Griver lifts five nearby boulders and flings them toward the group before him.

Sanya chuckled. "Tired, no. No, you see, I have something very important I am going to attend to. Worry not. I will return." She slipped into the wall, literally. Gone and heading out, she ended up in the jungle. There, her Tiger and a Lion stood."

A new form? But what would a Lion...

Her eyes widened as they literally merged, becoming...awesome.

"What are you..."

We are Zero. As the White Liger, we gain more power.

Sanya reached out to pet it's head. Letting out a soft sigh, the liger faded and entered her hand, then poured through her body. She melted into the ground as Shirley, her Rabbit, mentally moved over to Zero. Then Bastet, and finally Ahri. She felt the synergy.

It seemed that the Kamyn had a lot.

She again re-appeared in the lift, rising from the ground. "Sorry for the delay. Was picking up a new trick."

Kamyn

The first orb gathered more and more mass as it flew towards Ryu, before finally slammning into the other Kamyn with all it's force.

"This will be a quick fight if you just stand there." Adriev seemed unimpressed.

Silver/Platinum

The doors then, without warning, started to slowly close on their own. In a matter of seconds they would clamp down on the sword Tristan had put there and seal off the room for good once that was out of the way. The remaining team members had to rush now if they were to make it to the mysterious next room with all the screens and the button.

"Move along now, children. Kinzoku's curse has paved her own way, let her fate be, you need not share it. Simply forget her as those doors close..." Adriev's voice was cold and sinister, but it was also truthful; there was nothing to be done now.

Gold

Now that the battleground had reverted to it's previous state only one thing remained; the button in the very center of the room that had risen up after Duke was defeated. It was unknown what would happen if they pressed it, but there was no other way and after a test like the one they had just encountered it was unlikely Adriev would throw another at them.

Kamyn

The first orb gathered more and more mass as it flew towards Ryu, before finally slammning into the other Kamyn with all it's force.

"This will be a quick fight if you just stand there." Adriev seemed unimpressed.

(Sorry, I was in Wisconsin for a whole week!)

Ryu sighed and vibrated his body so fast, the orb went right through him. "I didn't mean to fight now. But if you insist..." Ryu trailed off. He assumed a meditation position, concentrating all his energy to the humans on the previous planet. "All conditions must be met before I can wield the power of the gods," Ryu whispered. His aura glowed and shone a luminous green as he concentrated on each separate team member. "There are a few who can wield vibrations without dying, themselves," Ryu whispered to himself.

"Hey Adreiv. Give me a little time to prepare myself. I promise you won't regret it," Ryu shouted over to Adreiv, assuring his death.

Varion:

"Okay then, Fairy, sorry for this but it does seem that we will not be leaving you behind." Varion said, scooping the girl up and rushing through the closing doors before Tristan's sword snapped in two. Once on the other side, he set the girl down before anyone from the other team or even his own could make a snide comment about him bravely carrying Fairy to safety. He didn't need that.

Emert:

Each of the boulders exploded with tremendous might as Emert launched up into the air and impaled his blades into each other them. Nothing remained of the massive rocks but dust, as Emert floated back down to the ground.

"A change of opponent will not change the outcome!" He shouted, before glancing at his companions, though his gaze rested on the Doctor, "Come, and let us end this. I feel there is still more for us to know about this mountain.."

Looking to Varion and Fairy as they ran through the doorway Tristan pulled his blade from the door and ran through just as the door closed instantly sighing as the door sealed Tristan looked behind him to the now closed door "Kinzoku..." gripping his sword tightly Tristan looked around the new room he found himself until he took notice upon the button in the center of the room "-_- Okay I'm going to say this now but that button is way to obvious either the Kamyn think we're idiots or there idiots honestly myself I'm willing to bet on both options"

"End it? If you say so, though I doubt we can do too terribly much to a Kamyn like him." The Doctor summoned his spear, and lunged forward, stabbing quickly, and in different spots, making sure not to aim for the same spot twice. He doubted simple spear strikes could affect his opponent, but it could be a distraction for some of his other companions who weren't so limited by the small space to land a few blows,

The doors closed, and Kinzoku's wall disappeared, forming back into ingots. The cursed Kinzoku collapsed again, her body waiting for the Mage's mind to gain control once more.

Observing the attack on Griver, the new Kamyn withdrew a carrot. Where she got it, no one knew. Had it been in her posession? Impossible, her bag was missing, they'd think. But this was a mythicalmountain of the gods. Carrots growing weren't that far from the realm of possibility, right? Or was it? Who knew. Everyone would have to chalk it up to the realm of magic, the only instantinstantly possible way to have obtained such an orange treat. That, or she carrot-jacked someone's food.

Whatever the reason, Sanya leapt. With carrot in hand, bunny ears held high, her eyes cat slits, Sanya Bishop, who currently was deciding on a Kamyn name, landed with perfect balance on the spear. Taking a bite of carrot, she looked straight at the Doctor. As orange flesh rended between her teeth, she spoke.

"Nyeh." Chew, chew. "What's up, Doc?"

Viewing the boulders being destroyed and part of what he's up against, Griver thinks:  Ah.  This could be a thing.  Seeing the Doctor coming at him, he readies himself for an attack.  Griver barely dodges a couple of stabs before one struck him at his left shoulder.  Then he sees Sanya on top of  the attackers' spear.  Chuckling a bit, Griver says:  "My, aren't you something."

(Blah. I'm not too sure what to do. Well, here goes! But first...)

(Well, that proves I need to keep an eye on this kamyn. Anyone who can reference Bugs Bunny, and make it work, is awesome.)

"Interesting. The room is exactly like it was before we fought Duke. And the button is there again. It seems that we must push it to proceed. However, with Sandrew in his current state of consciousness, that would not be advisable. Is anyone going to wake him up, or shall I?" Drale asked, after the room reverted back to its previous form. He walked up to the button, around it, and then to where Sandrew was. He took his watch out of his pocket, stared at it, and put in back in his pocket. "And another thing. Cornelius, would you mind explaining your part during the fight with Duke?" He asked, walking up to Cornelius, (Drale would have been able to notice, right? If not, I'll just edit this.)

Cathos~~~~~

Cathos arched an eyebrow at Sanya. "How do you obtain knowledge that is not even part of this dimension?" he queried of her as he attacked with a mental thrust. His mind was keener than any, and this attack could cut flesh and thought both before the victim was even aware of it. He quickly aimed a second thrust at Griver. It didn't matter that the Doctor was between Cathos and his targets; the attacks would both originate and end in the minds of his targets.

Ferro~~~~~

Kneeling next to Sandrew, Ferro gathered him up in both hands. "I think we should rest for the time being, to give Sandrew a chance to regain some of his energy. Clearly, the Kamyn are too busy to push us forward right now." Carrying Sandrew over to where the rest of the group had gathered, he sat down and held the boy in his lap. Ferro couldn't understand how the boy thought of himself as cowardly; Sandrew was one of the bravest people he had ever seen, but not in a foolhardy way. Ferro smiled and shook his head.

Fairy blushed darkly."I better...um....heal the others..." She stood shakily. "Okay.....anyone need some water......" She trailed off and opened her bag. She reached in and grabbed a bottle of water. She took a sip. "Okay...so...now that I'm okay again...I can heal so who is needed the most?" She asked taking another sip of water. (I got nothing....)

Kamyn

Adriev scoffed.

"Prepare yourself then fool. Take as much time as you wish. You precious humans are all dying in the meantime..."

Silver/Platinum

The door slammed shut, and behind it the floor Kinzoku stood on dropped out, sending her into darkness... into the unknown.

On the other side of the door, the ever-smaller group gathered in a small white room with strange screens adoring the walls. In the center was a button. The side of the room suddenly opened up though, to reveal the Gold group, standing in a room of identical size... just on the other side.

Gold

Tired out, the team still remained alone with the button. The only way forwards, or backwards.... Towards life.... or death.

Then the wall opened up, showing Silver and Platinum teams... what remained of them, on the other side.

The button on Gold team's side slid back into the ground, and Silver/Platinum's slide to the center of the new room both teams now stood in...

Someone.... something.... was coming to them though.

Efenton stepped in front of the group, looking at the groups. "I am Efenton. Son of Adriev." He sat down in front of the button . "I am the trial for these..." he showed the button. "Your trial..." He said.taking off his cap. "Is to talk..." He said, "Persuade me to press the button." He looked at them. "If I die, the button wont work, and you will be trapped. Forever."
