Considering how discouraged smoking is nowadays, I doubt he's doing anything wrong. He's just having a little fun. I grew up around my grandfather who smokes constantly and I have no urge to smoke. I'll probably smoke weed but nothing life threatening like tobacco.

I can't tell if you missed the joke or if you're being even more subtlely sarcastic back lol edit: okay I'm gonna explain it anyway the joke is Marlboros due to all the advertising and stuff were for a time considered the "elite" cigarette bought by richer people (bourgeois) and the poorer folks used stuff like Camel lights.
