I think it was pretty interesting. I mean, now Sasuke wants to save the village instead of destroying it, but I don't know if he still wants to kill Naruto, but we all know it's gonna be EPIC seeing all four hokages fight Madara and see what Minato is gonna say when he sees Obito.

 

I do think it will be interesting to see Obito and Minato come face to face. Perhaps Minato will know why Kakashi killed Rin and explain. However, Sasuke really has no reason to kill Naruto if he doesn't want the village to collapse.

I would be inclined to agree lol After giving it some thought I do think that it was handled better than at first thought, but I still wish Sasuke would've put up more of a struggle with his decision. I imagine that it's possible that now being aware of the Sharingan's side effect could've helped Sasuke become understanding of the possibility that he was... erm... over-reacting Plus he has been shaken in his resolve ever since Itachi came back, but I kinda hope that Madara and Obito attempt to return him to his original goal.

Yeah he really should've thought about it more, he just switched his motives in the blink of an eye Agreed with his resolve being changed ever since itachi came back, and if they do manage to change him back to "evil" then there will no doubt be a final battle between Naruto and Sasuke. Though if they did that, it would be kinda like repeating history. Can't wait for the next chapter though, hopefully we will see the Kage in action...especially the 2nd hokage >:DD

I like his character design That's about it I think since the 10 tails is submissive to the Wood style Jutsu that Hashirma, being as powerful as he is is going to handle taking it down or holding it off. I also have a theory that Obito actually wants the Rinnei Tensei to revive Rin. It would explain why he never revived Madara with it himself and was seeming fearful of Kabuto bringing him back. He knows that if he sacrifices himself to bring her back that Madara would just kill her out of revenge, making his sacrifice worthless. But he knows that he can't take down Madara. So I think that Madara will get taken down, they'll turn their attention on Obito and he will reveal his true plan and die to bring the one he loves back to life.

man chapter 627 is beast! I wanted to yell out in joy that sasuke's eyes have opened, but I was at school in class so that screwed everything up.

 

I'm cool with everything, except for Karin. She's such a sucker for sasuke, and I really don't support SasukexKarin.

 

I can't wait to see those guys appear in the battlefield next week and see everyone's reaction, including Naruto and the Konoha 10.

I don't think Sasuke's eyes are necessary "open" though... let's remember that, really, his motivation for going to the battlefield now is because of Itachi, so it's not reall the same thing as him dropping his homicidal emo act and being a good guy again. He has an Uchiha twist on his motives. BUT, I will admit, he IS taking a step in the right direction, so I'm glad he's trying.

 

Suigetsu and Karin had the funniest moment in his chapter. Of course, what better way to return to the plot then to FALCON KICK your way in? And yeah, the whole thing about her being attracted to Sasuke even after he tried to kill her is meh... Sasuke apologized, sort of... just Saiyan... but I'm sure her own motives and her current relationship to Sasuke will get some more depth in the coming chapters.

 

Ah yes: Hashirama + Tobirama meeting Madara, Minato meeting Obito, Naruto and Kakashi, the Hidden Leaf 10 (RIP Neji (Yes, I have to say that every single time)) finding out that Minato is Naruto's dad... all in all, there's a lot to be pumped about as the story continues on.
