Stab their hearts out with MX's keyblade. That'll teach 'em

I don't their heartless and nobodies around.

If they're the kind of peope who atoumatically assume KH is for kids because of the Disney factor then they've likely never even bothered to play the games and therefore have no idea how deep the story actually is.

People nowdays don't buy new games for the PS2... and many have already sold theirs. Also, I barely know anyone who have consoles on their homes... I've tried to convince my best friend, but he has deserted both his PS2 and PSP. I once gave him my Birth By Sleep copy and what he did was to take a save from the web to pretend that he finished it.

Anyone who hasn't played KH thinks this. Even I did before playing them.

Welcome to our world, we surely would meet these kind of people who judges the book from it's cover. As long as you love this series don't ever give up on it because of what people say, even if none of your friends ever bothered to play it just don't give up. I used to have three of my friends who were used to play KH but later they started hating it and they kept saying how childish, complicated, annoying, boring the game was but this never made me stop playing it. They are still my friends but I don't talk with them about the game anymore because I know that I am addicted to this game and because they know that whatever they say, they will never make me stop playing it.

oh my god i was doing the same with my friend and my family they rip on me for loving it but kingdom hearts always make me happy

Unfortunately you're in the bad sort of purgatory about how others judge you for what you enjoy. You're excused if you're a kid because kids get a free pass. You're excused if you're an adult because adults (usually) stop caring about how others choose to spend their money. But right now (I'm assuming you're a teenager or really young adult), you're in that stage where you're not a kid anymore, but you haven't earned the adult privilege of "Bitch I'm doing what I want" yet.

Until you cross that threshold, my only advice is to just never tell anyone about anything you enjoy, ever. Because other people suck.

I feel for you.....No one listens, and they assume everything Disney related is childish. Don't judge a book by it's cover. :P

There's nto a single person who doesn't know how much I love Disney and Kingdom Hearts... at least no one has bothered me for liking MLP...

Yeah, Hunchback of Notre Dame really is for children, yeah... all of that darkness, death, racism and sexual-like songs are meant for kids all the way. Also, religion.

Move far, far away from them. It's the only way.

I get this a lot as well: They guy at my book store gave me a really weird look when I bought the KH 1 manga set, and asked if it was for my LITTLE SISTER.

I told him to shut up if he wanted a sale, and if I wanted his opinion, I'd ask.

Liking KH doesn't hurt anyone anymore than an 20 odder watching a cartoon or The Hub.

Who really cares what others think? If you enjoy the games and the mangas, why let the haters stop you?

And you never really get too "old" for Disney: as an adult, you can appreciate the darker tones of Hunchback, the sex jokes in Mulan, and pretty messed up story of Nightmare Before Christmas far more than a child could, so the fact these are worlds in the KH games doesn't really mean a lot. You could say FF is childish for having magic and wizards and the like, so that point is completely invalid no matter how you look at it.

This got way longer than intended.

Ranting over, good day.
