So I recently played the demo of the upcoming new Pokemon OR/AS game. And I have to say, I loooooooooooved it to bits. I really like Orlando and May's new designs. It really does fit them in my opinion. The starter that I had choose in the demo was Grovyle (that soon evolved into a Sceptile) and the attacks that it has are great and proved to be useful for the Team Aqua/Magma grunts and the wild Pokemon that I've encountered. I also really love how there's some post-game content in the demo, which is something that a lot of game demoes don't normally do. But it really pleases me a lot because it gives me a reason to go back and play continue playing the demo again so i can transfer all of the data from the demo into the full game The gameplay, as expected, is pretty much the same as all the other Pokemon games. But that didn't stop me from enjoying this demo to its fullest. And I look forward to playing the full game when it comes out.

It was a great demo.

Definitely one of the most rewarding and expansive demos I have ever seen.

I love what they did to Team Magma and Aqua. The teams suddenly have a lot more character to them. They're a lot more different now, and I really enjoy the directions they took. Magma is an orderly, cultist group with hand salutes; while Aqua is a brutish group of trainers who are a lot more disorderly.

I haven't played the demo, but just the fact that I'll be playing through the Hoenn region once I get Pokemon Omega Ruby is enough to make me get so psyched!  The Hoenn region shall forever be my favorite out of all the regions!

Yeah, don't know why they changed the name on the remake.

Pokemon Silver was and is still my favorite Pokemon game of all time. But I do love Pokemon Sapphire and Emerald. I will definitely be getting Pokemon Alpha Sapphire because of Kyogre.

As for the demo, I liked what they did with it, but it was pretty bad as a demo honestly. The main story was short, and the sidequests were all boring and repetitive. I can't believe I'm saying this, but Square did a way better job with the Bravely Default demo in terms of content. I wish the OR/AS demo was like that.

you know tails. there is a continuation to the demo's story in the forms of a secret mission. its rare but once stephen "practically cant count the number of time weve met" then there is a very small chance that when you say "lets go on an adventure" it will be with team aqua and team maga again. you battle with may. i personally havent got it because its pretty rare but i figured i should mention it.

its pretty rare. i tried for almost an hour and nothing happened other that me training random trainers and finding poochienas and whismurs. not even the rare nugget mission.

This makes me more hyped for ORAS big time! I can't wait to get my hands on. . . .

Could be a demo name, seeing as in the past they've done this with Rosa in BW2. (I forgot her demo name).

Well in the XY pre-release stuff Calem and Serena went by different names too, so the whole Orlando and Anna thing might be retconned when the games are actually released.
