Hello been awhile huh? So this is a thought that came into my mind. How will you feel if Nintendo remakes some of you're favorite GameCube games for the WiiU? I would be happy i love my GameCube and the games i have for it. and if you think it would be impossible, need i remind you all of Wind Waker HD?

 

I would love to see some remakes of GameCube games on the WiiU. and here are some games i like to see:

 

Sonic Heroes, Pokemon Channel, Pac Man World 2,Twilight Princess, Super Monkey Ball, Super Smash Bros Melee.

 

and with the GameCube Adapters, it feel like the old days of gaming.

I'd be fine with having Gamecube games re-release on the virtual console,but at this rate GC games will be available on the Virtual Console of Nintendo's next gen console,we still don't have the N64 for some reason. I wouldn't mind seeing other remakes for the Wii U,Super Mario Sunshine HD would be nice if they fix all the small problems I have with the game and a Twilight Princess remake would be awesome as well, but it doesnt have to be a remake of a Gamecube game,it could be from any console.

 

I don't think they'll ever remake Super Smash Bros. Melee or any other Smash bros games especially for the Wii U since we just got Smash for Wii U,a Virtual Console re-release would be more likely.

I guess Super Mario Sunshine and the Pokemon RPGs would be nice to see on Wii U. There are some other games I'd prefer to be remade, though...

That would be so cool, especially if they can remake Super Mario Sunshine. It is my favorite mario game on that console.

There's not really a point in remaking Melee when Smash 4 is already on there. Virtual Console makes more sense for that one.

Not really on topic with your response but you suggesting Melee made me remember that Double Dash would make sense as a remake. HD co-op Mario Kart? Yes please Nintendo.

Or even better, they can make a sequel to that for Mario Kart 10 (Since 9 will be the next handheld game and that gameplay style only works on consoles). More characters and tracks... Yesssss.

i think i actually heard somewhere that for WWHD they actually designed an entirely dedicated software that converst gamecube games and all nintendo had to do was touch up the graphics a bit and add the new features. i may be making it sound easier than it actually is but i think i heard somewhere that they made software for gamecube to wii u conversion and it seems like a waste for that software to only be used for 1 game.
