I'm seriosuly gonna stop trusting Amazon!

My only good birthday present, Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Limited Edition, was pre-ordered weeks before its release in Europe. It was said it would arrive at 9th of this month, and look... The dumb Christmas thing is over and what did I get? Nothing.

 

It didn't arrive and it won't. Complaints have been sent and no answer so far.

 

This is the second time Amazon tries to nab some cash from me. I'm getting sick of this. I guess I can no longer play games that I really want.

If it was supposed to arrived on the 9th, you should have contact Amazon a while ago. Sometimes things like this happen, but if you don't say anything they aren't going to notice...

I guess that's the problem. Pre-ordering stuff before they're even out might cause problems. I am aware that this is 2015 and stuff like that shouldn't be happening but still.

I'm gonna trust Amazon even more! Ordered items December 23rd, arrived December 24th. 

Probably because they were already on the market. Stuff tends to get confusing when there are many pre orders without the item being even available.

Just be calm and call customer service. We had something get lost and they couldn't even locate it. They refunded our money and sent us a new one.Then ironically the other finally showed up later and now we have two. LOL Everything else we order always gets here perfectly fine.We order a lot of stuff online too.

This is from the Amazon US site, or elsewhere? Amazon US has one of the best customer service I've ever encountered. They even give me credit/coupon if the order gets messed up or out of stock.

I sent them nearly a week ago. No answer.

 

You should try calling them instead. I usually never have amazon problems except a few circumstances, but when I do I call them to make sure. They'll just resend it to you and then its the waiting game.

I am very sorry. Sometimes Amazon isn't very reliable. Retail is the way to go when it comes to Video Games. 

 

Maybe with brand new games that are still $40-$60..but Amazon is the best if you only want to pay around $15-$30 for a brand new sealed game.

 

(will never like steam, PSN/XBL etc, digital sucks butt)

Hmmm.....strange. I'll admit, Amazon can be a little on the slow side. (Depending on what you order, and from where.) But I always get my things...

 

Have you tried to check with your local post office? Sometimes, if UPS is unable to put the package into your mailbox, it will be dropped back off at the post office. I'm not sure how long they hold items, though....so I recommend checking there as soon as possible.
