Honestly in my opinion lingering will is easier than final xemnas data, instead of doing that you could simply just fly have elixir and avoid aerial recovering, but we all knew that. you can fly from all his attacks and time when to attack, because after most of his attacks he has a 2 seconds stand still period exploit that. and the elixir is for Donald we all know he will Be down so when lingering wI'll uses his teleportation omnislash kinda thing use comet with Donald and then get back to attacking him, at some point final form will be your best option to fly with so kill him in that if you have ultima wepond and fenrir that 5 bars of health per combo. I feel like the videos aren't people playing on critical because lingering will would have retaliated to everything long time ago.

He's no different in Critical. Final Xemnas Data? All you do is block, reflect, and session.

Well I played on critical everything I did he retaliated so I just attacked him like I would attack any other sephiroth type boss. And for final data xemnas all I can say is I try avoiding using session, I try getting some hits in. Like regular key blade hits. But reflect is definitely needed.

...I admit that I actually used this method to defeat the Lingering Will. I just wanted the damn crown/trophy. However I have promised myself that I will someday soon try and beat it for real.

Wish I had known some of these before I fought him. It would've saved me SO much frustration.

Ok so I put this method to the test and it works just not as easy as it seems. If you're on Proud Mode or Critical Mode Terra will not sit there and take it like a bitch. The moment there is an open he will retaliate as such you need to know when to drop the combo and make sure you can replenish your magic. Also keep Donald close by or you're screwed. On a side note the second method is a lot easier to execute then the first one.

In the video he stood there and took it like a bitch.... you must have done something wrong but either way, Square was too stupid to test him out apparently.
