A lance combined with a musket. I don't see how this could possibly go wrong.

 

I went ahead and did the names for my characters in the RWBY RP

 

Fuchsia - boots combined with dual-wield light machine guns (That would actually suit her very well)

Sienna - harpoon combined with a sawed-off shotgun (Sort of fits I think)

Champ - longsword combined with a boomerang (How the hell would that work)

Akane - club combined with a boomerang (Again, how)

Misae -scimitar combined with a musket (This actually makes a better weapon than the one he has crap)

Wouldn't having shotguns attached to it defeat the purpose of a relatively light weight sword? Also, the recoil on your arm from firing two shotguns at once would be devastating.

The only way I can see this working is that is from the tip of the stick shotgun shells can be shot out. Still.. where would the trigger be?

Close for the first one, except wrong type of sword. Essentially Wiess' weapon with a shotgun. Not sure how that would work. 2nd one is meh, I don't see it working as a dagger is short.The last one almost nailed it it as well. That's close to what I want except a bit off on the automatic. I can live with that though.
