Considering how big the world is, and how much of that will probably be water, that would be helpful. ._.

 

It looks like they swim quickly, though, judging from the most recent trailer. It's possible that gems could boost swimming proficiency even higher. (And I probably just took a joke post a bit too seriously xD)

They probably won't have a freelancer doing it for Xenoblade. I'd expect the guy who reviewed Smash and Bravely Default to do it.
