The words ring in your mind as you come to. Everything is white. Everything is so white. White skyscrapers surround you and close you in. There is no shadow, only the dim gray outline of the buildings and streets to keep the blank whiteness from consuming all you see. There is no sun, and there is no sky. The words you heard... it was a woman's voice that spoke them. She sounded... compassionate, but far off. So far off. The streets around you extend in a criss-cross in every direction. This seems to be setup like any city you've ever known, but somehow it seems so very different. After the blinding light of all the pure white, though, you notice them. The people around you. They have color to them; their clothes, their hair, their eyes. It is a welcome sight. They seem to all be coming to now as well...

 

In one spot, under the overhang of what may have been a sandwich shop were this any normal city, in the district known as Haven, six people awoke: Reverie Oscuro (Hazimie), Wlynn Cellus (Firo Procheniezio), Liath Smith (Captain Arrowguns), Jason Carmichael (Javelin), Sora Takagi (Oathkeeper) and Kristy Yauser (Ultimus Grid)

 

Elsewhere, next to one of the tallest towers in the area, in the district known as Crest were five more people who had just regained consciousness: Laciann Pascual (Tatsumi), Alysa Mors (Mine), Asher Sterban (Neko-chan), Aro (Silver Kuroi) and Tristan Cane (Joemahon) .

 

Finally, the third group, awakening in an intersection flanked on all four corners by great towering building, numbering six, also heard the voice and woke to the sight of the City. They were Ailder Rosewal (Riki), Natasa Devin (The Narrator), Maxwell Crad (Scrapmaster), Yuki (Kingdomhearts), Jordan Locke (rikunobodyxiii), and Le Chef (Dave).

 

As they all awoke, the voice came once more.

 

Learn your new comrades names and come to know them as people.

 

Very soon the City shall fight against you for the first of many times....

 

And with that... let this RP begin.

    The hell?!

    Something approached, almost like a fish out of water... but there was no water. How the heck does a fish get into pooling magma rocks and charge so greatly? So darned quickly, too, like it were about to ram into them full-force.

    Physics.

    "Oh, yeah, now you've got me moving!" Jay said to no one quite in particular, and ran straight towards the way Ailder was clearing.

When the dolls lunged towards him, Asher lit his body on fire, an explosion around him from his own power.

"I am the salvation..." he muttered, swirling fire in his hands, thinking about what the man said.

His eyes glowed as he spun the fire around, hitting the dolls one by one.

"Q! You can't control me! I will hunt your down! For the sake of all of us!" He yelled, snapping and forming more explosions to scare off the dogs.

Kristy watched on as the healing was working on Sora.  While not completely fixing up the wound, at least the bleeding stopped.  "Good to see it does work."  Kristy said a bit relieved.  "But wait.  It didn't work for me.  So my power can only heal others?"  But she couldn't think on it when the Marauder after Sora was coming.  Seeing it already swinging, Kristy puts up another shield to guard against it.  But this time, the shield wasn't as strong as before and cracked from the first swing.  Not to mention Kristy was feeling rather drained.  "What's going on?  How come I'm so tired?"  With the marauder giving another swing, Kristy tried to push it back with her shield.  She managed to do it, but the shield shattered after contact and her Aura faded away.  Down on her knees, Kristy started breathing faster than she usually does.  With the Marauder coming, she mumbled:  "I don't get it.  Why d-did it just break that fast?"

Le Chef was thankful that the blast of energy from Yuki managed to vaporize the monster: not only did it put them out of danger, but it also saved the time consuming cost of cleaning up all that peanut butter, which was a thing horrible to ponder. Landing his cloud next to Yuki, Maxwell, and Natasha, Le Chef wiped the imaginary dust off his hand in broad, pantomime strokes. "Another healthy serving delivered once again, no?" The cook had to agree with Q: they did work good as a team, and he was pleased that fate hate placed him with people who didn't need to be knifed in the back while they were sleeping. Because that was really messy.

 

"And congratulations to our dear Yuki, for his increased diet of energy supplements! So, taking out these pale ones pays dividends for more than just dear Q, yes? Well, I suppose it is somewhat pleasant to know that there is reward to our valiant deeds than just death and disaster." Looking up at the sky, and not seeing any more meteors fallings, Le Chef gestured to the horizon. "Yet, no more of the white power pills seem to want to provide themselves as tonic for our upset stomachs. Do we seek them out in other districts? Or do we press our luck to see if any more of dear Q's treats await us here?"

Using his flames to push himself higher above the lava Tristan looked at the fish swimming through the lava "Owe come on how the heck are we suppose to beat that thing my power is pretty much useless here if the dam thing can swim in lava heat clearly isn't going to do anything to it dammit when in doubt knock it out" using his flames Tristan began to thrust himself forward towards the fish "Hey guys keep moving forward I can keep absorbing the heat from the lava to keep it cool for you I'll try to keep the fish at bay but i can't promise anything so if anyone has some kind of water or ice related power i suggest using it now"

Yuki felt a surge of power from the defeat of the Maruder, but something felt....Wrong.

"Guys, I'm happy that I got this kind of power but....Something feels wrong. Not right. My gut is telling me to go in that direction."

He points to the direction where Sora, Kristy, and Jason were.

"To make sure my senses are worth trusting for all of us, I'm going alone first. The clouds will instantly pick you all up when I give the call. I'll come back alive. Promise."

Yuki gets on his cloud, ready to go.

"IKU ZE!" In an instant, the cloud sped away, going towards this one direction.

(thinking) Someone's in trouble.....Don't worry! I'm on my way!

Using his flames to push himself higher above the lava Tristan looked at the fish swimming through the lava "Owe come on how the heck are we suppose to beat that thing my power is pretty much useless here if the dam thing can swim in lava heat clearly isn't going to do anything to it dammit when in doubt knock it out" using his flames Tristan began to thrust himself forward towards the fish "Hey guys keep moving forward I can keep absorbing the heat from the lava to keep it cool for you I'll try to keep the fish at bay but i can't promise anything so if anyone has some kind of water or ice related power i suggest using it now"

"We can win, if we do fight. It will be tough, but we can!" Ailder moved back off of the lava rock floor as it was crumbling, propelling himself into the old platform everyone else was on, though it, and back onto the platform. "If it lives in the water, air and water will stop it. I can force it to the air, if you can, force the thing with a fire blast away, no matter what it's resistant to, I doubt it can resist physics. A strong enough blast of fire and we shoot it miles away, hard enough and we send it sky-high. High enough, and there is a lot of air and water vapor, as it crashes to the ground, it will die of lack of heat from high wind speed and cooling from water vapor in the sky as well as harsh impact from landing. We shall win, if we do this right."

 

Ailder shifted his stance on the platform. "We only get one shot at this, I'll hold it off, build up all the power you can and tell me when your set!" Ailder yelled, closing his eyes, he focused on the rumbling of the ground and the sounds of the beast that he could hear, and moved his body accordingly. He forced himself to become as close to non-solid as he could without falling though the platform, just in case it tried to come for him, and began to focus on pulling all the magnetic energy left in him into his hands. "One.. punch..." He focused. "One punch..."

Looking to Ailder Tristan could see the determination in his eyes "(He's pushing himself more then he should have to)" Looking to the lava a serious look dawned on Tristan's face "(he shouldn't be the only one to test just how far he can go I can already absorb the heat from lava into my body no problem so lets push it one step further and force this ability of mine to evolve even the smallest step more)" Not even looking to Ailder Tristan spoke out "I'm going to give something a try you be ready to strike I'll get that fish in the air!" closing his eyes flames began to encircle Tristan's body an intense heat emitted from Tristan as his eyes suddenly shot open flames could be seen within them "I am fire in all it's forms!" suddenly have the flames that held him in the air stop Tristan dropped into the lava below as if it was a river looking around in the lava for a moment Tristan looked to himself "(I'm not burning i can feel heat but it's like a warm bath)" Tristan began to smirk "(Alright lets do this)" moving with the lava moving as if he was swimming in a pool Tristan found himself just below the the giant fish "(Alright that guy was able to manipulate the earth side of the lava to control its movements lets see if i can do that same with the fire side)" Pulling back his fist in close to himself Tristan prepared to punch upwards as he did the lava began to spin around his fist "Lava Pillar!" Punching forward right beneath the fish the lava burst upward like a geyser forcing the fish high into the air once the fish was high enough Tristan raised his arms and began to manipulate the lava around the fish once again forcing all the lava back down and away from the fish leaving it with no source of heat around it quickly popping his head out of the lava Tristan roared "NOW!!"  

Before Maxwell could even think of their next destination with the others, Yuki had already flew off, "DIdn't even made us some clouds to go along...damn" he said annoyied as he looked at le chef and gave him a silent nod.

 

"Le chef, stay with Natasha, me and yuki will be back soon, someone needs to make sure he doesn't get into trouble or gets killed, we'l try to come back as soon as possible" he said as he took a step back and started charging electricity, upon charging enough he started running in the direction Yuki went at high speeds, while not as fast as Yuki's cloud, it was just a little bit slower, enough for Yuki not to be able to notice him running after him.

 

He wasn't about to take the risk of losing a member of the team, not again, he figured Natasha would be safe with Le chef as he seemed to handle himself pretty well.

he kept on running at a steady pace in the direction yuki went.

Yuki flew at fast speed. He looked down to see anyone, and fortunately, he saw them. One was a police officer who seemed to be doing fine, but he saw a girl and a younger girl who....was wearing maid clothes and had fox ears...And a fox tail....But they were in trouble. That robot was heading towards them! Yuki jumped off his cloud and shot Sun Orbs while he was falling at the Maruder! He landed kneeling down in front of Kristy and Sora, with his back and red tail facing them. He stood up and turned his head to look.

"You two okay?"

"It's time for it... What should this technique be called? ...No time for that, not right now at least." Ailder thought.  With as much magnetic force as he could muster, some to his feet, most to his hand. with it, he forced the polarity of the ground beneath him to the same as his feet, and jumped to the sky, right at the thing. With every ounce of force he could muster in his body, he lined up a punch, which swirled with the energy he had built up. He met the monster, and hit it with a uppercut, the blow giving him the range to, he forced it into being another the same as his native polarity, and put all his force behind it. The blow exploded, shooting the enemy right into the sky, however far and long as possible. But not without determent to Ailder. His muscles were shot, his arm, shattered, and his body rocketing back to the body of the volcano....

As the Marauder has been hit by Yuki's blast and probably being staggered, Maxwell was close enough to one last charge, He  dashed at even faster speeds as he quickly Jumped up and dropkicked the now stunned Marauder with extreme force and electric charge,quickly turning into electricity and reapearing besides Yuki, but with his back turned to Kristy and Sora.

 

"I knew you'd get into trouble Yuki" he said unsheathing his sword and entering a combat stance as he started charging electricity.

looking to Ailder as he began to fall Tristan's eyes widened "(Crap dammit i knew he was pushing it to far)" Tristan was about to move towards Ailder to stop him from falling into the lava when he realized "(Crap I absorbed to much heat and I've been in the lava to long if i try and catch him I'll end up burning him alive son of a... wait not the guy with wings!) Hey Bird boy catch him before he falls into the lava quick move your ass!!!" Looking towards Wlynn and shouting Tristan could only hope he would react fast enough to help Ailder "(We cant let anyone die)" a memory flashed through Tristan's mind of his past as he looked to Ailder falling 

Kristy tried to get up, but was still too tired.  She blinked twice when the Marauder was pushed back.  She then sees two guys landing down in front of her.  With her breathing slowing down, Kristy says:  "Huh?  So there are other people here?"  Standing up, she then mentions:  "I'm fine, though I'm a bit tired.  But I'm not sure about my friend.  That thing stabbed and knocked her down.  I managed to stop the bleeding, but she isn't well enough to keep fighting.  And...." 

 

Kristy stopped talking when she saw Yuki.  Paying closer attention to him, she notices his tail. Is....is that what I think it is?  Levitating towards him,  she gazes at it.  She tries touching it with her right hand and lets out a small shriek of joy.  "Oh my gosh!!  It is!  It's a Saiyan tail! So you're a real Saiyan??!"  Kristy asks while jumping around him and poking the tail repeatedly like a toddler hooked on candy.

 

(Yeah, that happened.)

"Uuuuuh." Maxwell was simply baffled at Kristy's reaction to Yuki's tail at a time like this, "Yuki, can you heal her friend?" he asked him as he looked straight at the Marauder, "I don't think this is the best time to be gazing at each other's tails" he said.

 

He looked at the other guy who seemed to be a cop, that was doing pretty well at fighting it too, which pleased Maxwell, but he couldn't slow the thing down like Le chef, so they would need another tactic, he glanced at Kristy, "whats your name? mine is Maxwell and he is Yuki, I can't go into details right now, we have a Marauder to fight." he said, still in a fighting position.

"Um...Yes...." He started to become slightly annoyed by the poking on his tail. "Please stop doing that. My red tail has feelings you know." Yuki's tail then moves the opposite way Kristy's hand goes to touch it. "How old are you anyway?" He said, turning around, facing her and Sora. "I know I'm a Saiyan and all, but sheesh! Never thought I'd get this much attention."

"Oh no you don't!" Reverie said as he immediately use his power to perform Barriers of Hell to protect he and Liath. Then,Reverie began to run towards the shooting Marauder while he's in the barrier itself and as he approach,he began to jump in the air,use Blades of the Damned World from his left hand and end it with a powerful thrust from the above. And for that,the Marauder finally stop moving,showing that it's life have come to an end. "Welp,we beat them. But i'm pretty sure there's more to come." Reverie said as he began to disarm his sword and approaching back to Liath.

Kristy pulls back her hand and scratches her head, feeling embarrassed.  "Uh, sorry for that. I guess my excitement got carried away.  Never thought I'd meet a Saiyan or anyone who looked like a hero.  Speaking of heroes, do you know Goku?"  She turned to Maxwell and replied:  "Hi there.  My name is Kristy and that's Sora.  You're right.  Now is not a good time for me to act like that."  Kristy places her hand on the ground and the small portion crumbled away.  Her yellow Aura starts glowing again.  She aims her right palm at the Marauder, shouts:  "This is for hurting Sora!", and fires a beam at its head.

"Wow! You're pretty good!" He said with his arms crossed, examining her power. "Yeah, Goku's my grandfather. I'm his 14 year old grandson, Son Yuki." He walks over to Sora, kneels down and heals her with sunlight. "Any idea why your friend is half fox?"

 

 

Nora looked in awe. The young man merely needed to move his hands, and with an unseen force, the flying objects would go around him, controlling the gravity field around himself. He looked the closest thing to a god that she could’ve seen. But then, if there was one, did this meant there could be more? The fact that this wasn’t a dream terrified her. But at the same time it brought her calm. A surreal feeling she had never felt before. Being thrown into a world where every rule she was told have disappeared with the wind. The brush in her hand pulsed, alive and beating. She felt as if she let it go the brush would go ahead and run off on its own. “…how are you doing that…?!” Nora asked. The voice did say that they needed to survive the room, and the only possible exit was the pair of wooden doors. Nora quickly grabbed onto the young man’s arm. “I don’t know how you’re doing this, but the voice said we had to survive this room if I want to know more of what is going on. I’m sticking on with you.”

"Excellent job Reverie." Liath said, standing up and dusting off his jacket.

 

"Are you all right, sir?" Mr. It asked.

 

"Yes, I'm quite fine." said Liath, accidentally speaking out loud. He then turned his attention back on Reverie, "So according to Q, defeating these creatures will help us better understand our new powers. What do you think she meant by that, exactly?" he asked.

"Hmm....I think that's what she meant when we fought those creatures. I mean,come to think of it,I got new powers like Demonic Whip during we fought back then. So yeah, I think we can assume that the more we fight,our powers will be grown. That's what I think, at least..." Reverie said as he make an assumptions of Q's words.

Wlynn flew at top speed towards Ailder and managed to grab his arm just in the nick of time.

"Gotcha." She said almost victoriously. The heat didn't have much impact on her so regaining some altitude wasn't that hard. She then took Him to the door and placed him down gently making sure not to hurt his injured arm.

"How bad is the injury?" She asked just getting a stroke of genius.

Wlynn tried to fly as fast as she could (Which wasn't much) but due to the fact she was a novice at the whole flying thing she didn't make it in time. Despite her blunder Nora managed to save him. A sigh of relief was followed by the same old thought

'Am i really that useless?' She asked herself before getting it back together.

She then landed (barely) where Ailder was caught.

(Sorry i was actually doped up on pain killers when i made that post so please forgive anything i might of inaccurately written also I think your getting a little confused with things Firo, Nora's not in our group we're the misfit group while Nora's in the group with Nathan i think you saw the gravity thing in Star's post and took that as Ailder when actually she was referring to Nathan both of them have slight control over gravity but all in all the Misfit group (our group) and Nathan and Nora's group are in entirely different locations)

Maxwell gave Kristy a nod in aknowledgment of her name as he looked at the Marauder again as he then saw Kristy's attack, "Not bad" he said after Yuki as he latter went to heal kristy's friend, he figured him, Kristy and the cop would need to distract the marauder or take it down.

 

Seeing kristy's beam hit gave Maxwell the perfect opportunity to dash towards the Marauder and jump into the air, delivering a charged slash slamming his blade into the Marauder's eye releasing an electrical discharge throughout its entire body as he quickly kicked to gain enough impulse to land a small distance away from it, quickly dashing backwards to gain some more distance, he simply gripped his blade as he let out a small grin.
