The words ring in your mind as you come to. Everything is white. Everything is so white. White skyscrapers surround you and close you in. There is no shadow, only the dim gray outline of the buildings and streets to keep the blank whiteness from consuming all you see. There is no sun, and there is no sky. The words you heard... it was a woman's voice that spoke them. She sounded... compassionate, but far off. So far off. The streets around you extend in a criss-cross in every direction. This seems to be setup like any city you've ever known, but somehow it seems so very different. After the blinding light of all the pure white, though, you notice them. The people around you. They have color to them; their clothes, their hair, their eyes. It is a welcome sight. They seem to all be coming to now as well...

 

In one spot, under the overhang of what may have been a sandwich shop were this any normal city, in the district known as Haven, six people awoke: Reverie Oscuro (Hazimie), Wlynn Cellus (Firo Procheniezio), Liath Smith (Captain Arrowguns), Jason Carmichael (Javelin), Sora Takagi (Oathkeeper) and Kristy Yauser (Ultimus Grid)

 

Elsewhere, next to one of the tallest towers in the area, in the district known as Crest were five more people who had just regained consciousness: Laciann Pascual (Tatsumi), Alysa Mors (Mine), Asher Sterban (Neko-chan), Aro (Silver Kuroi) and Tristan Cane (Joemahon) .

 

Finally, the third group, awakening in an intersection flanked on all four corners by great towering building, numbering six, also heard the voice and woke to the sight of the City. They were Ailder Rosewal (Riki), Natasa Devin (The Narrator), Maxwell Crad (Scrapmaster), Yuki (Kingdomhearts), Jordan Locke (rikunobodyxiii), and Le Chef (Dave).

 

As they all awoke, the voice came once more.

 

Learn your new comrades names and come to know them as people.

 

Very soon the City shall fight against you for the first of many times....

 

And with that... let this RP begin.

"Raincloud?....Oh yeah! Master Chef time!" Yuki whistled for his cloud after he stopped using his Solar Flare. It didn't have much of an effect since they didn't have eyes. He put out his hands on the cloud and it became dark. Son Yuki pointed to the flour covered doll and it was floating over it. "What should I do Chef? Shock it or wet it?"

Please say shock, please say shock, please say shock......

Then Yuki noticed a Doll creeping up behind him. He simply hit it with the back of his fist with his eyes closed. "You're not the only martial artist Ailder! Heh heh!"

 

"Wet, then shock, if you please!" asked Le Chef. The recipe was the one as old as time: take flour, add water, then add heat, and presto! 

 

He called it "Beast in a bun."

 

(Sorry for the short post. I didn't want to control Yuki's cloud)

"Wet, then shock. Got it!" Yuki gave a nod to the cloud. Then it rained on the doll for a few minutes. And then....."SHOKKUUU!" The raincloud released a bolt of lightning, shocking the Doll! "Hah hah hah hah! It looks so cool! So what's the end effect, Chef?"

The rain poured down on the flour, and soon it became a massive, soggy, dense pile of dough, with the creature trapped quite nicely inside. Then, a flash of lightning burst through, striking the creature soundly. The dough became a bit stiffer, but still remained thick and dense enough to keep the thing trapped. Smiling, Le Chef thanked Yuki. "A bit undercooked yet, but we shall make a master chef out of you, my dear Yuki. Thanks, and thank again!" A good kitchen was only as good as the people who staffed it. Then, taking out his knife, Le Chef headed towards the foe. "Now, let us see if it is time to carve."

The creature Maxwell knocked down had gotten back up and rushed at him again, to which he rolled to the side and slashed at its legs, knocking it down again. 

He noticed Yuki's cloud shocking the beast that, Maxwell then had an idea, "Yuki!, can you use the cloud to shock me as well?" he asked him, he had an idea, now he only needed to see if it worked, he held his hand upwards pointing towards yuki's cloud, with electricity charging around it, so when the cloud let out a bolt it would hit his hand and he would absorb it.

"I got your back Max!" Yuki sends his cloud over to Maxwell, hovering above him. "Alright cloud! SHOKKUUU!!" A bolt of lighting struck out of the cloud!

Maxwell nodded at Yuki's statement as the cloud soon flew overhead and hovered above him,soon enough Yuki gave the call and the cloud fired a bolt, which hit Maxwell's hand with a massive surge of electricity.

 

Major lightning coursed through Maxwell's entire body from absorbing it as he let off a small smile as he was now supercharged, he quickly turned into lightning it and at amazing speeds rammed into the beast he was fighting with , electrifying it and knocking it back some by a fair distance from the sheer force and velocity, as he rematerialized a few meters away.

 

He was still supercharged from that, "Nice work Yuki!" he said with a smile

Sora dcreamed as the doll punched, but Reverie saved them. it was so big...how...how could she...

Wait...her...her power...

 

She let go of Kristy with reluctance. Kicking a table, her eyes got wide as it split and turned and bit. out of it came a barrel and a box, the hot jnfolding to form what looked like an M2 Browning .50 caliber machine gun.

"...I was thinking gatling..." she sighed, then took the spot. "Uhmm..."

She pointed and pulled, and unleashed a hail of bullets at the doll with at roar.

 

She had no real idea what she was doing, honestly.

"Doll?" Maxwell asked in confusion as he then felt something rumble inside him, as if something had just awakened, either that or something was inside him,which he hoped wasn't the case, following Q's advice he concentrated for a second.

Upon looking at his 'inner self' he found out what had just awakened, he looked at his hands and noticed...electricity, he had electricity flowing around his hands and he could feel it charging inside of him.

 

He thrusted his arm forward, which sent out a lightning bolt in front of him and hit a wall, leaving a good mark of impact on where it hit, he quickly unsheathed his sword and noticed that electricity was goign through it as well, so this was his power of creation, power over lightning itself...he looked at his hands in amusement "huh...this is interesting, what did you guys get?" he asked the others.

Natahsa glared at Maxwell. "Careful where you aim that thing. If you hit me... Well, don't," she said, her hand clenched. She was angrier than usual. True, she felt something within her... a feeling she really couldn't describe. A rumbling within herself was one way to describe. But even after concentrating hard, she still couldn't do anything. Half-expecting a fire to burst out anytime now, she walked up to a building, and kicked it hard. Seconds later, she regretted that action... a lot. This, of course, because kicking a building hurt. But as she limped away, she noticed a lock on the door. "Hmph. Let me take a look at that," she muttered, as she limped over to the door, and leaned in close to it. She found herself concentrating hard, as she squinted at the door. In fact, she was concentrating so hard, she didn't hear the loud clanking sound of a key dropping near her feet. The only way that she even noticed the key, was when her foot strayed over to it. "What's this?" she asked out loud, as she picked the key up. "Could it possibly be...?" she muttered, as she put the key into the lock. Turning the key... the lock opened.

 

"Great. Just great," she muttered, laughing bitterly. "He gets LIGHTENING. And I get keys. Keys, really? What could possibly be found in this strange city that could be of any use? Well, better than my previous situation anyways," she thought, staring at the key in her hand as she did so.

"D-did anyone else see that?!" Ailder fell to the floor as the lighting struck. "W-what!? How is that even possi-" he was shouting, only to begin literally falling through the floor. "Whoah! What the how?! Am I on shrooms or something?!" He yelled, trying to get out of the ground. "Hold on... whoever that lady was said I know how to control this. "Calm down, calm down, please calm down!" He yelled at himself. He felt the ground become again solid on him, except where he was, which had hollowed out for his body. "Alright... whatever this is, right now is influenced by my emotions... calmness means everything is normal, fear allows me passage through objects... weird..." He thought, only just now realizing he was buried alive. "For christ's sake!" He yelled, now getting angry, the ground pushed off of him, and a small ailder-shaped hole opened to the surfacd. "This is weird..." He now figured annoyance and anger for now triggers the ability to repulse or retract objects away from him. "Even if I'm just tripping on some sort of drug, might as well keep it entertaining. I'll have to train and master these skills so I might control them better..." Ailder's mind raced with the thought of a new challenge. But before that, he must actually get out of the hole he is in.

 

With enough force, and with summoning his feelings of anger, he pushed himself out of the rest of the hole, and then as he left, the floor seemed to magnitize back into place, almost perfectly, to a point where you woundln't know someone had just exploded out of it. "I guess... with my knoledge of science, I got the ability to manipulate the way matter reacts to other matter..."

"REALLY?!" she shouted, not realizing how loud she was. "I get keys... and you can walk through things. So this city decided that just because I 'liberated' a few people of excess items, occasionally, that I should get keys?" she asked Aider, not really paying much attention to him. She was more angry at her power than anything else.

 

Yuki felt a surge of power from Q's words. It felt like his potential was unlocked. He looked at his hands, feeling the powers. He wanted to talk to Q, but her voice faded away, mentioning that "The Dolls" were coming.....Whatever that meant...

"Woah.....I feel....I feel like....WOAH!" Suddenly, Yuki's body started to glow, shining bright! "Oh my god......I'm so shiny and bright......*gasp* Everyone, stand back!"

Yuki back flipped a few times to stay away from the group, not trying to hurt them. He then formed in his hand an orb...A bright, shiny, sunlight orb. He stared at it, then he shot up in the air! He was in awe....Then grinned and chuckled. He shot out from his hand another one in the air, then another in the other hand, then he looked straight ahead and did a punch, with his hand glowing. He rapidly punched and kicked even though he hit nothing but air, but Yuki didn't care. "This is awesome! YAHOOOOO!"

Then Yuki's shoes started to glow. A jet like blast of sunlight came out from them, allowing him to fly through the air! "Yes! I can use this kind of power to fly! My feet are like jets now! Woo-Hoo!" He flew rapidly through the air until he suddenly stopped in the same place he took off. He descended to the ground.

"That's odd. My feels like....Air...." Yuki breathed in...And blew out. A foam like substance was forming from his mouth. Then he was finished and it was.....A white cloud. A white, fluffy, big cloud. "Wow....I can create clouds! It looks just like my Flying Nimbus! Only....A different color!"

"..." Natasha's silence was almost audible. Giving up, she sat on the floor. What use was there in complaining about her power now? She was going to find that Q lady, and get her to give her better powers than what she had now. And if she happened to rob this city blind in the doing so? Where's the harm in that, she rationalized. 

 

Maxwell stood there with a half amused face as he saw Yuki and Aldier show off their powers, the latter by accident and the other one kind of at random. "Seems like she was right about the power part...hmm" he said as he concentrated for a minute, suddendly Maxwell disappeared and seemingly turned into electricity itself, as it traveled about 7 feet forward as he and his sword re-materialized..."Well..." Maxwell said kind of impressed before turning to Natasha and Le chef.

 

"So what power did you guys get?, I don't think we can afford to waste time by now if her warning about the dolls is anything to go by..." he said with a serious tone.

".... Keys. That's what I got. KEYS!" she shouted at Maxwell. Calming down a little bit, she said, "Sorry about that. I seem to have got the power to summon keys. I would assume this works for any kind of lock. Your power was quite a shock." She was a bit happier now, but still didn't like her key powers.

 

"I think I got something called Power of Weather! That's the first thing that popped into my mind! Speaking of which....." He crosses his arms in a X.

"Is this bright? SHINING SOLAR FLARE!!" Yuki thrusts his arms side ways and his whole body was shining bright!

"Brilliant, monkey boy. Just... brilliant," she muttered.

 

Then they could be begin to hear it; marching. A distinct rumble in the ground growing more pronounced every moment.

 

"The City is a blank slate that you must reinvigorate to know the truth." Q's voice spoke again

 

Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap. Sounding closer every step.

 

"And with that, there are inhabitants of this place besides yourselves. Blank slates like the City itself, but driven to destroy all threats to it."

 

In Haven district Reverie, Wlynn, Liath, Jason, Sora and Kristy all could now see a hulking behemoth turning the nearest corner and coming into view. It had arms and legs like a normal person, but it was gigantic and purely white. Where its face should have been were just smoothed over features like a mannequin. It stood twenty feet tall and walked along on two legs, step by step towards the group.

 

In Crest the group of Laciann, Alysa, Asher, Aro and Tristan could all suddenly hear a tapping above them, where three strange humanoid figures were climbing down the building they stood under. They were, all three of them, slender and tall, with lengthy arms that ended in clawed hands. Where their faces would be were strange featureless white facades, as if like an unpainted doll. They skittered down the building towards the group at a terrifying speed.

 

Finally, in the district of Solace, where Ailder, Natasa, Maxwell, Yuki, Jordan, and Le Chef we the sounds of footsteps melted away into the sounds of charging animals, and out of one of the street corners emerged five beast like creatures, all purely white and sprinting on four legs. They did not look especially like any one animal, and they had no facial features to speak of, only expressionless and featureless whiteness where their faces might be. As they  saw the group their sprint intensified...

 

"These..." Q's voice returned once more to their minds. "... are the dolls. The blank remnants of this empty place. The defenders of the nothingness. Your enemies."

 

None of the creatures spoke, but their actions and movements gave off a distinctly hostile, hateful vibe.

 

"They were since the beginning, and I cannot remove them on my own. You must be the ones to hold them off. Now that you have discovered your new abilities, you can truly have the power to do so."

 

In Haven the hulking behemoth jumped towards the group and smashed its fists down towards Liath and Kristy.

 

In Crest the three strange humanoids leaped from the building towards the group, their glaw-hands aiming for the kill. One struck at Asher, one at Aro, one at Alysa.

 

In Solace the five beasts split and attacked Ailder, Natasa, Maxwell, Yuki and Le Chef.

 

"Defeat this first test, and I shall explain to you how to change the City and you will have the freedom to explore. But first... you must survive."

"This... is why I hate keys. I really, really, REALLY hate keys right about now," she moaned, as she looked at the five, quite frankly disturbing, 'dolls' that charged at her, and the rest of her group. "Because you CAN'T!" she started, narrowly dodging a charge. "HIT! Anything!" she continued, as the beast which had charged at her the first time, turned and started to charge again. "WITH! STUPID! KEYS!" she finished yelling, as again, she just barely rolled out of the way. Unfortunately, she landed on the foot she had used to kick the building, and was now limping even more. "A little help here?" she called out to the rest of her group.

 

"I have to admit...Of all the vicious villains and creatures I've faced.....This one is a first." Yuki formed his arms in an X. "Let's see if you can "see" after this! Shining Solar Flare!" Yuki's whole body shined as bright as the sun, even brighter! While he was doing that, he was blowing multiple clouds for everyone to ride on! "Every one! Quick! Hop on one!"

 

 

"..." Maxwell simply looked at the beast charging at him with an unamused face, he looked at Yuki using his shining solar flare, "I don't think its possible considering the situation" he commented.

Electricity charging on his hand and sword as he unsheathed, he closed his eyes as the beast was getting ever closer to him "Thunderlord" he whispered as he quickly dodged to the side by turning into electricity, avoiding the beast's charge as he fired a charged bolt of lightning towards it, it had enough force to knock it off balance and onto the ground.

 

 

"...beasts, eh?! Well, you will watch a fist crush your skull!" Ailder rolled his head around his neck, the crunching sounds of his neck now loosening up reverberated off the walls and into the area. With litthe more to say, he took off for the beasts, though charging for him. As it drew ever close, Ailder focused his mind on the feeling of fear. He dropped into the ground, under a group of the beasties. Then, anger, he pushed himself upwards, the land again exploded, sending a number of their force to the ground. Now mid-air, he dove straight for one, lining up a areal heel kick to its ribs.

 

 

"What you feel now is the awakening of your Ability of Creation. For each it shall be different, and will depend on you. Look to your inner self and you shall come to understand it."

 

It took a maximum of two seconds for Le Chef to find his power, and the tomato that poofed into existence in the palm of his hand was as rosy as his cheeks as he smiled. "Ah! Our Q is forgiven for the failure to place us near a grocers. Fear not, my young comrades: the breakfast that was promised shall be delivered!"

 

"Now you must come to recognize these new powers, as they will be the only way you shall survive this ordeal. Something is coming very soon, and you will need to be ready. Test your new-found powers on or with your comrades, but make haste and forge your alliances...."

 

"... the dolls are coming."

 

The feeling of elation was dragged into a back alley and curb stomped, with its wallet stolen and a hole made in its socks. Facing the rumbling noise, Le Chef took a few steps forward to try and spy with his little eye what was coming. "No favor is given without expecting something in return. Is that not right, Madam Q?" he asked aloud, laughing a bit at his own previous naivety. It seemed that their appearing in this strange white realm was no accident, nor any particular act of generosity. "But Le Chef always delivers, yes!"

 

He bit into the tomato as the five beasts approached, defying any kind of description similar to animals on Earth. "They were since the beginning, and I cannot remove them on my own. You must be the ones to hold them off. Now that you have discovered your new abilities, you can truly have the power to do so."

 

With his own sense of adrenaline picking up as the beasts charged, Le Chef lifted up his hat and, from out of the lining surrounding the brim, removed a knife, which he always kept in case of emergency, culinary or otherwise. Still, though the other, younger folk were primed and ready to go toe-to-toe with the beasties, Le Chef didn't fancy his chances in a fair fight with them. As such, when one of the creatures charged him, it took some quick thinking to use his new-found powers to shower the creature in a massive cloud of flour. The white cloud that surrounded the foe seemed to stun and confuse it for a bit, as it couldn't see a thing. 

 

Calling over to Yuki, Le Chef called out in the loud, boisterous voice that was used to commanding a kitchen. "Yuki, may I? If you could send a little rain cloud over our floury friend, please?"

"And wind. What a perfect addition," she muttered, still limping around, and in danger of being attacked again. Fortunately, it seemed that the attacks from almost everyone else in her group had distracted those creatures, and they didn't seem to be focusing on her now.

"A bit of help here?!" she called out, as another beast charged at her, as if it had finally just realized she was actually there. "The rest of you certainly have a better chance against this thing than I do!" she yelled, as the beast grew ever closer. She tried to dodge it, like she had dodged the other one, but her foot decided it was a great time to have a twinge of pain. "Gre-" Natasha was cut off from saying anything else as the beast hit her, and she was thrown back by the force of the impact. 

"Natasha Keys!" Yuki rushed to the doll that hit Natasha. He shot out a sun orb at the doll which hit it fortunately. Then he span and hit it with his shining red tail powered by his sun energy which pushed the doll back and it hit the wall. He then ran over to Natasha. He shot out a sun orb at her, healing her, without asking if she was hurt. "Wow! I never knew I could heal with this! Don't feel bad about your powers Natasha Keys. It makes a new last name for you! Heh heh heh heh heh!

"Punk." Alysa said, sprinting in towards the doll as well. Getting close to the doll, she tapped the ground to the side where Tristan was charging. A wall erupted in front of him. She smiled, hoping he planted his stupid face right in it. Alysa proceeded to stab the foot of her doll, anchoring it to the ground by creating asphalt from the street that pierced through the foot of her victim. It swung down towards her, but the Fencer cartwheeled out of the way. Cartwheeling with her sword was one of her favorite tricks, but she had never found much use for it until now. Coming back to her feet, she lashed out with her epee, intending to hit the hand and blunt its claws.

"!" Maxwell noticed Natasha getting thrown away from the beast, however she did not hit the wall as Maxwell had dashed to her and caught her before the landed, as Yuki soon went to her and healed her, Maxwell, got up and looked at the Doll Yuki pushed back, which was begining to get back up again.

 

It started charging again, but Maxwell started focusing as Lightning could be seen coursing around him as he thrusted both his arms forward, launching a combined bolt of lightning at it, knocking it to the ground mid charge, as he quickly dashed and rammed the thing with full force, knocking it back again...the electricity he had gotten from yuki's cloud was completely spent by that, he unsheathed his sword and stood beside yuki, "Think you could summon another cloud?" he asked him,

"Natasha Keys!" Yuki rushed to the doll that hit Natasha. He shot out a sun orb at the doll which hit it fortunately. Then he span and hit it with his shining red tail powered by his sun energy which pushed the doll back and it hit the wall. He then ran over to Natasha. He shot out a sun orb at her, healing her, without asking if she was hurt. "Wow! I never knew I could heal with this! Don't feel bad about your powers Natasha Keys. It makes a new last name for you! Heh heh heh heh heh!

After what appeared to be an orb of pure sunlight hit her, Natasha felt much better. And then she heard Yuki's new nickname for her. "Natasha Keys, eh?" she thought, "Better than my last name." Walked up to Yuki, she offered him her hand, so they could shake. "Thanks, Monkey-boy. Keys is a better last name," she said. Her feelings towards Yuki were... slightly better now. True, she still didn't like him that much, but that was because of his optimism. But he had saved her life, so she was thankful for that. 

 

"!" Maxwell noticed Natasha getting thrown away from the beast, however she did not hit the wall as Maxwell had dashed to her and caught her before the landed, as Yuki soon went to her and healed her, Maxwell, got up and looked at the Doll Yuki pushed back, which was begining to get back up again.

 

It started charging again, but Maxwell started focusing as Lightning could be seen coursing around him as he thrusted both his arms forward, launching a combined bolt of lightning at it, knocking it to the ground mid charge, as he quickly dashed and rammed the thing with full force, knocking it back again...the electricity he had gotten from yuki's cloud was completely spent by that, he unsheathed his sword and stood beside yuki, "Think you could summon another cloud?" he asked him,

"Thanks as well," she said, looking at Maxwell. Again, she didn't like him too much, but since he saved her, she felt a debt of gratitude. She tossed the key she had made earlier at him. "Take this. It might help with those beasts," she explained.

Moving at high speed Tristan's eye's shot open as a wall appeared in front of his path looking to the side as if speaking like a narrator Tristan spoke "Just my luck" (smash) Tristan facepalmed into the wall full blast at least damaging it a little from the force of the impact. After taking a moment to record his senses Tristan burst out from behind the wall in a rage "What the hell! It's one thing to mess with one another while nothings going on but we're in the middle of a life and death situation and you put a wall up in my path what the hell Alysa just for that" as he spoke Tristan moved towards Alysa and the doll as they fought as they moved close the doll turned Tristan into its target but in his rage he didnt look at the doll as a threat as the doll struck towards him Tristan randomly punched the doll in the face knocking it aside "Butt out you" with demon like eyes Tristan glared at Alysa "I should burn your clothes away for the trick you just pulled then we'd see who's laughing"

 

(just for the record not trying to have Tristan start a fight with Alysa in the middle of everything just trying to put across a point he gets ticked off when people interfere with something that could put lives on the line Tristan's a troll but stuff like this he takes very seriously unless he's in a rage at a specific person over something then he well like what i just had him like haha and for the record i had a picture all lined up to go with this post of an anime character facepalming a wall but the site wouldnt let me post it for some reason T_T)

Yuki shook Natasha's hand and smiled. He didn't mind being called monkey-boy. It fitted him as well. Once Maxwell asked Yuki for another cloud, he had a better idea.

"I think I have something better! Remember those other 5 clouds I made? Well....." Yuki whistled for all of the clouds, with all of the clouds circling around them.

"KONBAIN!!!" All of the clouds combined into one huge raincloud! Then Yuki said his two favorite phrases. "Iku Ze! SHOKKUUUU!" Then a huge bolt of lighting struck down! While that was happening Yuki blew out a rain cloud just for Max. "Here! Personally for you! It has an unlimited supply of electricity! Good luck!" Yuki then ran off, seeing who else he could help. "Alright Dollies! Who wants to be broken next?" He said with his fist in his hand.

Maxwell caught the key Natasha threw to him and he frowned at her statement, he didn't see how the key would help in any way, but he didn't wonder too much.

 

Seeing Yuki make the cloud for him was nice though, "Thank you" Maxwell thanked yuki as he saw the boy run off, he turned back to Natasha "Stay put" he told her, as the cloud Yuki had made for him let out a bolt of electricity onto him, supercharging him as unsheathed his sword and dashed at the nearest creature.

 

Upon dashing he slammed into the creature, stunning it a bit, allowing him to do a swift combo of slashes with electricity bursting from each one as he finished it with a jump and a downward slash which unleashed an even more powerful burst of electricity onto it the cuts and shocks either doing heavy damage or killing it, he dashed back away from it afterwards.

Ailder was too busy to notice everything going on around him that wasn't a fight. He landed his strike, crushing the beast's ribs. From there, he grabbed it by the legs, giving it a throw into the pile of enemies still incoming, he jumped up and preformed another kick, as well as timing it with a repulsion of the enemy, smashing it into the horde, and killing at least a few.

(As far as I know there is no horde of enemies, just five beast like dolls that rushed us, and are getting their teeth kicked in right now)

A Doll was creeping up behind Yuki again, the same one. "Oh, so you're back for more." He turns around. "Well, toys aren't going to break themselves. Bring it on, Slenderbeast!" The doll leaped towards Yuki! He back flipped, kicking the doll up in the air! Yuki jumps up high in the air and punches the doll hard, slamming it on the top of a building, creating a crater. Yuki quickly blew out a white cloud to ride on to the building. He got off and confidently walked over to the crater. "You're not putting up much of a fight. Very, very disappointing...." The Doll suddenly rushed at Yuki and was attempting to scratch him! Yuki moved left and right, right and left, dodging all of the attacks! The doll swiftly moved behind Yuki and its claw hit Yuki's red tail! It did not sink in the tail, but it hurt bad. So bad, that Yuki.....

"YOOOOOOWW!! Why you-!" Yuki shot out a sun orb which hit the Doll and pushed it off the building! Yuki jumped off after it and kicked it down to the ground, with his foot on top of it. "You've got a lot nerve hurting my tail, blank face!" Yuki was about to punch the doll, until another one grabbed his arm and his other arm! Yuki struggled to break loose! "Hey! Let....Let go of me!"

Standing still for a moment after Alysa's potent words Tristan put on a cool expression "She's kinky, I like that she's an older women to, a challenge i find this very interesting" walking up to Alysa and standing by her side Tristan smirked "Having woods good and all but i feel like heating stuff up myself" with flames running along both his arms he cocked both his arms as if he was cocking a gun pointing both hands towards the same doll Alysa had targeted "So lets give this a try shall we mademoiselle?" two fire balls burst from Tristans fists and burst towards the doll behind Alysa's wooden block

Sora dcreamed as the doll punched, but Reverie saved them. it was so big...how...how could she...Wait...her...her power...She let go of Kristy with reluctance. Kicking a table, her eyes got wide as it split and turned and bit. out of it came a barrel and a box, the hot jnfolding to form what looked like an M2 Browning .50 caliber machine gun."...I was thinking gatling..." she sighed, then took the spot. "Uhmm..."She pointed and pulled, and unleashed a hail of bullets at the doll with at roar.She had no real idea what she was doing, honestly.

 

Wlynn looked at the gun and immediately thought:

'We're gonna die.' She ducked and thought about the voice despite the hurricane of bullets flashing about. It said everyone got powers so then naturally she started comparing herself to the only thing she knew that was powerful ... a freaking Raptor. Now her ever so inquisitive mind immediately fused a human with a raptor and before she knew it her legs had started to change and her boots started to rip. Her feat and legs had changed to that of a raptor.

"SWEET MOTHER OF DARWIN!" She shouted and fell over not knowing how to walk properly on these things. Not only that she immediately thought she was ugly and tried to hide what had happened. This is going to be a bad day.

"And with that, there are inhabitants of this place besides yourselves. Blank slates like the City itself, but driven to destroy all threats to it."

 

In Haven district Reverie, Wlynn, Liath, Jason, Sora and Kristy all could now see a hulking behemoth turning the nearest corner and coming into view. It had arms and legs like a normal person, but it was gigantic and purely white. Where its face should have been were just smoothed over features like a mannequin. It stood twenty feet tall and walked along on two legs, step by step towards the group.

 

"These..." Q's voice returned once more to their minds. "... are the dolls. The blank remnants of this empty place. The defenders of the nothingness. Your enemies."

 

None of the creatures spoke, but their actions and movements gave off a distinctly hostile, hateful vibe.

 

"They were since the beginning, and I cannot remove them on my own. You must be the ones to hold them off. Now that you have discovered your new abilities, you can truly have the power to do so."

 

In Haven the hulking behemoth jumped towards the group and smashed its fists down towards Liath and Kristy.

 

"Defeat this first test, and I shall explain to you how to change the City and you will have the freedom to explore. But first... you must survive."

Jason sighed heavily upon hearing that the strangers had no idea where they were at either. "Alright then, ma'am," he gently replied to Kristy, "And yes, I'm a police officer. Now um... before the scream, have you by any chance heard a voice?" He was unsure what to make of the voice named 'Q'; as far as the officer was concerned, he was a victim of yet another classic 'spiked donut' prank his best friend had a knack of pulling off. While awaiting a response, Jason focused his attention to Sora. "Hey now, why so sad and gloomy?" he noticed the cat-like ears on the girl, but dismissed it as a prop, that is until he noticed it drooping. It's... real?! An actual catgirl?! I thought they were supposed to be fantasy!

 

Unfortunately for the officer, his attempts to sooth the apparently frightened girl was cut short by the same off-putting voice. He whirled around, trying to determine the source, but was disappointed to find nothing, other than the doll that it was referencing.

Before Jason could ask if they could be reasoned with, the creature was already on top of him and his group. Confusion gave way to fear and apprehension as the size of the creature dawned on him. He took several steps back, pulling out his pistol and aimed at the creature who had decided to target some of his newly founded groupmates. "Police!" he yelled, "stand down and surrender immediately!"

 

Fortunately for him, Sora shot first, giving the officer the permission he oh so needed to start firing on the creature. I'm sorry, but if that voice was anything to go by, I have no choice. Scary looks aside, it did declare you as a 'challenge.' Please know that I'm shooting because the catgirl shot first, and not because of how you look! The initial shock finally gave way to training as he collected his breath, and aimed at the creature's head. The sight picture sound, Jason slowly pulled the trigger, half wanting to end this skirmish, the other half wanting to know if there was a way to negotiate with the creature...

Kristy looked up at the giant jumping at her with fists closing down on her.  "No way!  I can't..."  She closed her eyes, thinking she was good as dead.  But she didn't feel anything crush down on her.  Opening her eyes, she sees Reverie putting up some kind of protection field.  Then she sees him fire from a sort of cannon.  Both amazed and a little scared, she replies: "Uh yes we're fine.  Thank you for that."  After Sora let go, Kristy stands up and gazes at the attacker.  "That's supposed to be a doll?!?  It's so huge!"  Kristy wondered what she could do against the thing.  She looks down on the ground, then to her left hand.  "Maybe if I tried that aura thing I can help fight it.  But can I make it again?  Only one way to find out." 

 

Kristy places her left hand on the ground.  She hoped that the aura from before would form.  The segment she put her hand on crumbled away into bits and she begins to glow yellow.  Shouting "Alright!", she comes up and faces the creature.  Kristy point her right palm at the thing and places her left hand on her right arm.  "Come on.  Do something!  Please!"  An orb forms in Kristy's palm, and a beam launches out of it.  The beam hits the giants' torso, or so it looked like.  Kristy shouts:  "Whoa!", now firing at the giants' legs, trying to kneel it down.
