And he doesn't even know how to take a CD out, and that's sad to me. Both of those CDs are tightly in the case for a reason. You just need to GENTLY take the CD out. Don't apply a lot of strength when doing it, SO you won't break the case and CD. I admit sometimes, I don't like it when new CDs are hard to take out, from the case. But, ces't la vive...  

And I didn't appreciate the name calling of some of the characters.
