...is not actually himself but someone from a long time ago who has managed to live through the ages by transfering his/her heart to new vessels every time in order to get the true Kingdom Hearts, and that's why Master Xehanort has the most ancient Keyblade.

yeah, might be

I'd hope not

but

seems likely

Really? Well thank you!

Nomura will come up with something interesting.

I know and I can't wait! xD

So, where did MX's heart go at the end of BBS? IF the heart that entered Terra isn't MXs then why does he look like MX while inside Terra?

Because Xehanort was forced to change his appearence because someone else was inside him in the first place.

The one who started it had the distinct silver hair and golden eyes and whenever the hearts gets passed on to a new vessel that person gets those features as well.

That's why Terra became like Xehanort.

And the reason he remanes like MX within terra is because he is forced to look like his last vessel for some unxeplained reason. The real heart of Master Xehanort is lost in the darkness, possesed by the first Keyblade Master.

Look, my theory is a crazy one I just made up, it's not in any way well thought out or perfect.

That's always been a thought of mine. There's no WAY this guy can know as much as he does without being some ancient person/being. :P

It seems more likely that the Xehanort inherited the Keyblade of the Sixth Apprentice or maybe he found while researching the lore of the Keyblade War.

Could just have found the Book of Prophecy or something.

But even as a teen, he knew too much. You can tell that just from his conversation with Eraqus during the teaser. And if he had found the Tome as a boy, then he wouldn't have asked so many thought provoking questions during his report...I don't know, but there's just too much that hints to him having an ancient force within him....even the Keyblade he wields is considered the oldest... He's been playing this crazy game since the ChiX days, I don't doubt it at all!!

Maybe, we have a Xenoblade Chronicles like epiphany in which Xehanort became who he was due to a particular Keyblade that he was wielding holding the true antagonist within.

I bet Xehanort got his keyblade from his master who is a nobody of the antagonist of the next saga who is actually a vessel for the 6th foreteller. Phew!
