This is more accurate than what the OP posted.

Did you guys see their "analysis" of the KH3 E3 2015 Trailer? They didn't know a thing they were talking about in terms of story, lore, or gameplay. They even called Roxas a terrible character (again) which just made me cringe. They should probably hire people who know about KH to cover KH; there's plenty of people here on this forum that could do it (Sora96)

Sora96 would be more likely to talk about the devs than the actual game.

I'm all for Flaming Lea being the official person to cover everything Kingdom Hearts related at IGN but they probably wouldn't let her do it if she did get hired because IGN knows that if someone sees how they treat the series like they have now that someone on fan sites like this will see it and then they will post it on the site for other people to watch AKA click bait. Plus idk if they would even hire her or if she even wants to work there in the first place, wouldn't blame her if she didn't

 

But on to the actual discussion, yea that's pretty much what goes on in their minds
