Posted August 19, 201015 yr (Very First Thread) Isn't it cool how Birth by Sleep is our version of Final Mix!!! I mean look at all the cool features were getting in BbS: -New Keyblades -New Optional Boss -New D-Link -New Areas in the Mirage Arena and Disney Town -More Abilities, Minigames Maps and Songs -Critical Mode (Orginally from KHII:FM+) Maybe Square Enix is trying to give us the feel of Final Mix through Birth by Sleep. Eitherway it's still cool! Are you guys as excited as I am?! Cause I can't wait!!!
August 19, 201015 yr i bet japan is going to get pissed and order a final final mix or final mix mix and get happy but leave us pissed for a new final mix.
August 19, 201015 yr I wouldn't really say final mix since the NA version of KH1 had a lot more updates from the original game including optional bosses. But its still great non the less, I can't wait.

If it weren't for Disney expressing how they wanted to do a sort of RPG game -and Nomura's evesdropping- there would be no KH to begin with. They just like to pull out that little "SE is from Japan" card when they can't get our extras. When they already have 3 bundles, postcard books, KH Mobile, and the Ultimania's. Basically, no one is EVER satisfied. =_=V
August 19, 201015 yr Its not a Final Mix, all the English versions to date have had some changes. People just don't know the full story on these Final Mixes, and they need to learn and get over it.

What I meant was I'm glad were getting features that wouldn't normally be in the English releases but would be in Jap re-releases aka Final Mix. I mean how many times do we get critical mode and new areas?
August 19, 201015 yr SE always add tweaks and additions to all their games when they localise them but they usually have a habit of taking those tweaks and additions and adding some more for International versions (re-release in Japan). Im not sure why but a lot of people on this forum really wanna believe this is a Final Mix but it isnt really any different from before, except that the USA had to wait 9 months as well as the EU (beyond strange although they did it as well last year with Dissidia). August 19, 201015 yr no it is not a final mix however it does have similarities such as critical mode and a secret boss hinting at the next game. also japan is already pissed that we get these extras in bbs. nomura's response was that he felt americans can handle more difficult games and that japan woul not like the difficulty displayed in the english bbs. he compared japans gamers to ours saying that we have more hardcore gamers and they have more casual gamers. personally i feel that maybe now they understand how we feel when they get final mixes and ultimanias.
