The setting: Kingdom hearts 4 or 5

 

Here's my idea for Kingdom hearts 5. Sora and Kairi are 28 years old and they're daughter is 6 years old. They're living a nice and peaceful life on destiny islands while training they're daughter. Riku is living next door as well. When a storm comes and reminds sora of what happened so long ago. He figured it was nothing when all the sudden while they were eating dinner the power goes out. King mickey, donald and goofy crash through the door and warn them that they all need to leave. They all gather and get riku when all the sudden a mysterious villain in the traditional black coat appears and snatches sora's daughter. He gives a speech as to how he will use her to bring about a world order where he is the master and the only one who can wield a keyblade, so that everyone has to serve him if they wish for him to keep the heartless away. Just before he leaves axel throws his two chakrams at the mysterious man and catches sora's daughter. King Mickey says " a little late axel ". And Axel says he forgot how to get there. Sora then says, I guess you didn't have it memorized. Axel goes " cut me some slack!" They all proceed to Radiant Garden and see a completely changed city with castles and everything is beautiful! That's just the prologue so far guys. What do you think? In retrospect I would say the robed figure should be changed to someone just wearing a mask for the sake of not repeating old traditions too much.

Not ready for such big changes.

That sounds cool, but a few adjustments to favour my own personal opinion shall be made.

The next title should be a numbered title but after that the next game won't be a numbered title.

 

I personally think Sora should still be young, 28 seems like a HUGE time skip. Sora should be 19/20 years old for this saga, he shouldn't have kids either but he should be in a relationship with Kairi.

 

Riku seems a bit lonely living next door he lives with Axel.

 

Mickey is protecting Disney Castle as always.

 

Aqua and Ventus are in their 30s by now, so they spend their lives travelling the different worlds and protecting them.

 

Vanitas has taken over Castle Oblivion as his new home, he schemes there.

 

Roxas now has the Kingdom Key I and lives in Twilight Town with the gang.

 

Oh and that villain seems kind of cliché to me personally.

You lost me at '28 with a 6 year old daughter'. We're not making Amazing Spider-Man: Renew Your Vows, here. I would like to see an older version of the trio, but I was thinking more along the lines of 17 - 19.

Nah. It would have to pick up right after the battle of the seven and thirteen and it would have to be about restoring the true Kingdom Hearts.

Uhh, slow down there, a few years is alright, but 28? 

if this was for KH5 i'd think nomura had gone bonkers and outsourced the writing to fanfiction.net

Look what you have done Nomura. Everybody sees Axel/Lea as a Deus ex machina now.

My idea for Kingdom Hearts 4: push the reset button. As fantastic as the series is - it's been over-consumed by its own complications.
