So I notice that the KH fanbase (especially in this site) is somewhat broken into two catagories: There's one group of the fanbase that heavily talk about the lore and overall story of the series. And there another group that heavily talk about the gameplay of the series. Though there are some that like to do both but don't you dare say you talk about both. But which out of the two catagories do you mostly fit in in the KH fanbase?

 

Are you mostly someone that likes to mainly talk about the story and lore of the KH series? Or are you the one that talks about the overal gameplay of the series? For me, well, I'm sure you guys know that I mainly like to talk about the gameplay with the threads I make on my KH topics

I'm definitely more of a story person, if I had to choose between the two. Hard to write essays on the gameplay.

I love talking about the whole story. It's so complex and mysterious. Plus, we underestimated in my opinion it how huge and deep the story will become in KH3.

I loved the gameplay of 2, story of COM, and just the overall magic of 1. Days also kinda got to me as well.

I'd rather not talk about story/lore because then it just turns into a condescending battle between who is ultimately right about the plot. God forbid you accidentally say something wrong about the plot because you'll get shot by the kh lore masters!!! So to stay away from that kind of drama I do only really talk about the gameplay.

The story, even with how bad and shark-jumpy it's gotten lately (*Cough!*DDD.*Cough!*).

I don't really talk about either. I know there's only two options, but, to be honest, I don't talk a lot about the gameplay OR story. 

i'm the type who disects the characters bit by bit, and nitpicks everything they do/say. But that doesn't count as story, I think. 

i talk about the story mostly since that's what kh is mainly known for, it's incredibly complex plot. i do sometimes talk about the gameplay though but most of the time it's me raging about those near impossible boss fights 

I'm definitely all about the story. If it weren't for the story, I would never beat the games because they are extremely frustratingly hard to beat at certain points haha. The gameplay is fun too or else I wouldn't continue the series, more than likely. I like a lot of the plots found in Final Fantasy & Persona series games, but I can't beat them because I completely suck at the turn based battle systems that they have. 

Well, when it comes to me, I'm the type of Kingdom Hearts fan that loves to discuss the story and lore of the series!  There's just so much in the series to speculate about, that I just can't help but discuss about it, ya know?  Right now, since I haven't been to play Unchained X yet, I'm very interested in the Foretellers, and the Tome Of Prophecy which Maleficent talked about in the extra Re:Coded cutscene in 2.5!  I'm also enamored with the Universe of the series in and of itself, to the way everything is set up, to the way that the mysterious Keyblade fits into all this...gahh, it's just so awesome to think about!  And of course, I like to discuss the characters, since they all have interesting things to them!

 

So yeah, I'm the type of KH fan that discusses the story and lore. X3

I talk about both too but more into storyline since the most awesome thing in KH is its story and then its gameplay, that's my opinion though.

I love talk anything about KH, but I usually talk about the story line, soundtracks, and also the characters that I like. Sometimes I also discuss about other gameplay and some strategies to obtain something that hard to get or defeat enemies.
