Hey there everyone, how's it going!?  So then, with all the hype and speculation and discussion we've been having on Kingdom Hearts III as of late, I wanted to post this topic to state something that I believe I should tell you all, and it's regarding when we finally have Kingdom Hearts III in our hands!

 

Everyone, I believe that no matter what, we should be good sports and appreciate Nomura and his team for creating Kingdom Hearts III, and bringing it to us!  I've realized that many of us here in the KH fanbase have really high expectations for Kingdom Hearts III, and chances are that not all our expectations will be met, and well, remember the saying that goes: "You can't please everyone."  Obviously, Nomura and his team are doing their best to bring Kingdom Hearts III to the world, so we have to appreciate all the days they've been working on the game!  Remember, these people have probably had sleepless nights, and they've probably had to stay away from their families for some time to work on this game, so we should really think about those people and appreciate them for their hard work.

 

I personally believe that Kingdom Hearts III is going to be the grandmaster achievement in the series, and I believe it's going to be the installment that determines the future of the series!  This game will make history, and I know it'll be legendary!  The story, the gameplay, the feels...everything will be great!  No matter what, I'll love Kingdom Hearts III from the bottom of my heart, and that's a fact!  Well, sure, if the game ends up having flaws, well, it's understandable.  After all, nothing is perfect!

 

Anyways, back to my main point!  What I'm saying here is that at the end of the day, when all is said and done, and when we finally get our hands on Kingdom Hearts III, we should all give a round of applause for Nomura and his dedicated team, for giving the best of themselves to creating this wonderful masterpiece!  Kingdom Hearts III, may you be successful, and may you give us many feels!

Ah, thank you. This might have just taken a lot of stress from my shoulders, for I was kinda nervous about that matter. I dunno what any of us were thinking, but we should respect all these games Japan has brought us. From Super Smash Bros., to Unchained X, to FF7 remaster, and soon KH3 and FF15. The creators of these game franchises put too much effort in their games for us to scorn their works and masterpieces.

I agree with you but not gonna lie, some fans are just freakin impossible to please. Even if its perfect someone will complain just to troll, which is a real shame cause the series is awesome.

i'll keep my expectations low (rightfully so after the bitter taste that 3D left in my mouth and since KH3 is basically more of that) until I play the game for myself.

after all, you can put a lot of effort into something and still have it turn out to be garbage.

 

why not at least be cautiously optimistic and not blinded by hype? 

Fully agreed, I am very doubtful that every one of my expectations will be met, but dagnabit if I am not going to love the crap out KHIII no matter what.  Plus I am positive that any expectation not met will be made up for in some other aspect I am not expecting.  Nomura may love to take his time with a game, but it is hard to argue with the results he produces.

I'll never believe KH3 is going to be a masterpiece until I'm actually playing it. With high expectations like that you'll only feel more bitter and disappointed if it doesn't meet those incredibly high standards.

 

Of course, we should applaud SE for making us a game that we've wanted for so long but I'm not going to blindly love the game if it doesn't deserve it. Especially since I haven't played the damn thing yet and all we've seen is world trailers and some little pieces of gameplay. Not to mention some games have changed drastically from released trailers, for better and worse.

I will drink orange juice to that!

This should be preached to "casual" dunces who wine about "I've waited for Kingdom Hearts 3 for years!". At the very least, we're getting a taster through 0.2. You don't see Gabe Newell remastering Half Life and releasing new DLC for his golden franchise?

Indeed, indeed, we should always think of the hard work the people at Square Enix and other video game companies have done to bring us our most beloved video games!  And for Kingdom Hearts III, we should think the same!

Haha, I see where you're coming from.  It's bad to have way too high expectations, so it's good to be cautiously optimistic.  But I truly believe that Kingdom Hearts III will be amazing!  And even if all my expectations aren't met, the game will still be awesome! ^_^

Oh my God, I saw about 2.8 this afternoon, and I literally died!

 

But yeah, THE HYPE IS REAL!!!  LET US ALL REJOICE, FOR KINGDOM HEARTS III IS UPON US!

And you know what the best part is?

 

That we will not hesitate to bring our wallets out and pay 250$+ to get that special edition. (ofc it wouldn't be special without dat Aqua booty ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°))
