I've been a fan of this franchise for nearly 10 years and I can't believe this is happening...

 

I bought a freaking 3DS in order to play Days and DDD and when I saw the trailer for Kingdom Hearts 2.8 I was hyped! Couldn't wait to play Dream Drop Distance on my PS3! Then... I saw the ending. PS4 exclusive. It was bad enough that I was unable to order the "premium" version of 2.5, knowing that I'll never play KHIII but now this and a new chapter of BBS? This is firetrucking bullshit! I'm done; so done. I'm just going to do what I do with Asassin's Creed. Play the titles I like and forget the rest. I can't buy a stupid PS4! Not until I get a stable job and that's only going to happen' after I'm done with college, so.. in like a 8 years...

 

So... this means that for me KH2 is the last game in the franchise and DDD was just a dream. There! ^^

I'm 17; studying with parents who do not let me get a job and only use money for school. Cinema School will consume a lot of my time.

 

I dunno why companies think the PS3 can't handle stuff when it can. So many new games are running perfectly on this system and some recent games look even as good, or better than some of the PS4 titles.

I can't find any new games. Haven't bought one since 2012. KH3D and Days are the only decent games I have for this console.

Ok back up. Hold on! I was 14 years old when I started saving up for a ps4. I got an empty jar of hot choclate, and put on a sticky label that said ps4 fund. I had no job back then, apart from the odd jobs you get at that age, and in July this year i had saved up £265 for a ps4. It wasn't enough, but my mum paid the difference even though i got a job to pay for the rest in June. Don't tell me, that you cant save up for a ps4! I'm 16 now, probably a lot younger than you. If you want it bad enough you'll get it

When I first wrote the post he hadn't posted he was 17 yet, and he said he was in college so I assumed he meant American college. I assumed he'd be like 20 But then the internet stopped so the post looks late. But my point still stands, if a 14 yo can save up why can't he?

Do not fret too much. Most games are trying to make the transition to the new generation of consoles so it was bound to happen. The games will still be there by the time you are able to afford one too. You will not be missing out on a whole lot though. Sure it will be fun to have, but it will be similar to the Ground Zeroes of the Metal Gear Solid V games. It will not be extremely long and mainly be an intro to the gameplay of KH3 and story. So you can probably watch some one play this and get the gist without ruining it for you.

yes I know how you feel when I saw that 2.9 was for the ps3 and ps4 and I just got a 3ds and than I was like oh I can play what ever this game will be.than a day or 2 later I find out that there was 2.8 and than I was like okay this is the new 2.9 is now 2.8 but like you I saw the end of the preview and there it is for the ps4 so yes in a way I know how you feel and now that I just got a 3ds I cant get a ps4 so yes I cant get 2.8 and I have to save up for a ps4 but the thing is I was hoping that it was for the ps3 or if not than we might got 2.9 and the people with the ps4s would get 2.8 but nope they have to it on ps4 and why because the ps3 is 8 firetrucking years old why cant they run it on a different engine or a different game but I will get a ps4 and play kh3 and kh2.8 when I get it. but if we could get just one more kh game for the ps3 witch we will not but if we did thank you.

Bloodborne is made by the same company that makes the Dark Souls series, and all of those games were on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Bloodborne was PS4 only. A lot of people went online complaining about it only being on one system, like everyone is with 2.8.

Calm down before you hurt yourself please. So you did not get what you wanted and the way you wanted it? Sorry, but many of us have been there done that. And yet, WE STILL ARE FANS EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN'T GET THE PERFECT PORTRAIT DESIRED! It is not BS what is happening. What is happening is SQEX is making the series better by revamping it and getting everyone ready for KH3. Besides, you could have asked for a PS4 for Christmas or for a birthday. If you are in college, you could get a job on campus and get paid for it. I know because I'm IN college and learn this stuff. Maybe you could save up everything you earn, get multiple gamestop gift cards, and then get a PS4. Ever think about that? Please tone the drama down. I who is half Italian knows drama and have been trying to suppress it. I suggest you do so also.
