The Legend of Zelda: Wrath of the Dark Fairy (Roleplay)

Posted

"Those low-lives think we're meant to be trapped in jars....I'll show them! By ridding this entire land to nothing but fairies! And I will be the Queen! Queen and ruler of all fairies!"

Those were the words of the Dark Fairy, revealing her viscous plot. Peace had been going on in Hyrule until she rose up. And the Dark Fairy has been causing nothing but trouble and havoc in order to get her revenge on all other creatures....Especially Hylians.

Monsters have been appearing more rapidly, lands are being cursed with dark magic....This has gone long enough.

Princess Zelda was facing the window in the throne room with a look of worry. This conflict has to end somehow. Something must be done. There was only one way to stop this madness. She nodded to herself and quickly got pieces of paper, Royal Designed envelopes exclusive to Royalty, and a pen. She wrote down in each of the notes:

"Dear Warrior, I ask you desperately for help. A being known as the Dark Fairy has been causing nothing but destruction and havoc across Hyrule. If this goes on any longer, who knows what will happen....Please, I ask you! Come quickly to the Hyrule Castle where you will find me. The guards will let you through once you show them this letter. Other warriors will be joining you. I hope you will work together and get along well. I'll expect your arrivals.

From, Princess Zelda"

After writing these, she picked up the envelopes,  walked towards the open window, and let the wind blow them away, where they will find the warriors that will go on the journey...

Nox gave Kai a long look after he said that he'd be her friend no matter what. In someways that was good. It would make accomplishing her goals easier. But at what cost at him? For the first time, Nox had doubts about her purpose. No...that wasn't right. She still believed in her purpose, but she began to wonder if she could fulfill it.

"Remember what's on the line." She thought. "If you let this opportunity to get the Dark Fairy, you could be stuck here forever."

The Imp sat on the floor and gloomily realized that dancing and song was happening. She looked upon it with some distain as she tried to banish the newfound doubt from her mind.

"Yeah. Let's hope."

Rabiyu was watching Kai playing a song she remembered from the past.

"It is strange," She said as she glanced at the two girls. "but going on adventures tends to do that."

The Ranger was playing with a small golden chain that was around her neck.

"The kid is so full of energy." Rabiyu said. "He reminds me of someone from a long time ago."

Daka meanwhile found himself beginning to tap his foot to the beat. Was he...Starting to dance? His arms swayed from side to side. His head began to bop to the beat. And soon enough, he just went into dance. "WAHOO! (Look! I'm dancing!)" He span around and jumped and moved as he fell to the song's irresistible melody. He jumped next to Kai, took out his instrument, and played along with Kai. The two were having to much fun at the moment.

"Yeah! It's even better like this!" Pierre commented, moving from side to side.

'Well, dang it.' Nora really didn't know what to do. Her rational side said that, while it was regrettable, one lost night against a being bent on destroying the world probably didn't make too much difference. Her emotional side said that every moment wasted meant more murdered innocents. Her perfectionist side was screaming that this level of negligence of her mission was unacceptable. Torn between reactions, she decided to wait and make the best of it. Story time. Joy. She had already spoken quite a bit with Rabiyu, so she probably should learn more of Kai, Nox, and Daka. Walking over to Kai, she smiled. "That's a very lovely song." She sat down quietly, waiting for the boy to finish so as not to interrupt him with questions. To tell the truth, she had slight ulterior motives for trying to get to know Kai. He had been slightly over confident during their first fight with the Octoroks, and seemed slightly inexperienced. That could put him in more danger, and the better she knew him the better she would be able to predict his actions and help keep him safe. If she could manage it, Nora wanted to get through this with as few casualties as possible.

Kai and Daka then played the final note of their little song. Once they were done, Kai giggled. "Heh heh heh! That was fun!" He said, looking at Daka. Daka nodded in agreement. When Nora commented on Kai's song, he nodded in response. "Thanks! It's a Kokiri traditional song. It's been said that even the most grumpiest folks can't resist to dance and be in a good mood! I just really love it!" He said with a smile.

The knight nodded. It seemed like the song fit this boy very well. "You are an amazing player." She commented. "What made you choose to start learning that instrument?" She wondered. From what she had seen, learning to play took a lot of time and dedication. That hadn't been her first impression of Kai, but she knew better than to judge a book by it's cover.

Kai looked at his green piccolo. "It was a gift from a friend back in the Lost Woods when I was younger. Since then, I've been playing the piccolo ever since." He looked up at Nora. "It's my prized possession!"

Despite the music, Iri wasn't hearing. No, she was suffocating.

"Let...go!" She gasped. "Can't breathe you D cup bimbo!" She was sure no one was listening as she struggled. Godsdamn why was she being suffocated to badly oh god if she died like this she'd be angry and then happy then take over hell so help her gods.

Kai noticed the..."Suffocation" of Iris when she was being hugged by Sara. Guess she was being hugged too close...

"Well, those are starting to get close." He commented. He then walked away from Nora and everyone else and whispered:

"Hey uh, whoever's the controller of this RP? Could you do a little time skip thing right now? I think we've been here long enough...And have also seen enough."

(Sure thing Kai. Yes, he just broke the 4th wall. xD)

~Later, 9:42 PM~

The gang were following Dr. Mew upstairs where he was leading them to their own rooms to stay for the night which was on the right side of upstairs. Kai was still carrying his hat with Pixi sleeping inside it. "Thanks again for letting us spend the night here Dr. Mew." The Kokiri boy said. "It's no trouble at all." The man replied. He then stopped at a door and began to open it. "This will be your room." The door opened and the guest room was revealed.

It seemed to be a very pleasant room for anyone. There were two queen sized beds next to each other against the wall on the left side. A small desk with a lamp resting on it was standing in between the beds. A large window was straight ahead and could be the first thing seen when entering the room. It showed the storm and the rapid waves of the river occurring outside. A closet was on the right side of the room. It would be filled with blankets, bags, and 3 bottles. The floor wasn't too hard or soft. Just right. Just about comfy enough to sleep on. When all of this was seen, Kai said:

"......Dibs. Dibs on the bed." He ran off putting his hat on one of the beds, claiming it to be his. The Fairy Boy also snickered. "Well, I hope you enjoy your stay. Call me if you need anything." Dr. Mew said before closing the door.

Coming upon the room, Maxwell simply threw his equipment in the corner, clothed with his leather vest, which showed his strong athletic physique and his armored trousers, which were pretty comfortable. he saw the beds, "I think one bed is to be reserved for these two here." Maxwell said pointing at Sara and irisviel, "They seem to be getting along well, mind as well let them share the bed" he teased. Noticing Kai's hat on one of the beds, he chuckled, "Its a queen size bed Kai, you can have it all for yourself." Maxwell commented as he leaned his back on the wall beside the door.

There weren't enough beds for everyone, oh well, he was used to sleeping rough anyway.

Rabiyu slowly followed the others to the room.

"I will sleep on the floor." She said. "I do not mind."

The Ranger often slept on trees while moving through the forest. It was something she was used to. Rabiyu made her way towards one of the walls where she sat on the floor and wrapped herself with her cloak.

Iri managed to get away from Sara long enough to flop on the unclaimed bed.

"Then I shall claim this one. The bimbo who tried to kill me may share, as long as she doesn't attempt another premeditated murder." She stayed facedown. She was exhausted from the day, and the damage. And yes, she was selfish. She really could care less.

Sara had no clue what Irisviel had been calling her this whole time, but she assumed it must be something nice. After all, they were both friends. After both Max and Irisviel mentioned Sara sharing a bed with the girl, she seemed happy to do so. "If you want me to, then I would gladly share with you, Irisviel." She smiled at her friend. Now that Irisviel had a nickname for her, Sara felt like she'd need to think of one to give the girl... She had time to do that, though. She was feeling a little tired. She decided to go and lie down now, going next to her friend, but not too close.. "Thank you for letting me sleep here." She spoke gratefully to the girl next to her. "I will not do anything you do not ask for." She said in response to the comment regarding murder. Of course, she'd never even dream of doing such a thing to anyone, especially a close friend.

Laughing quietly at the strange behavior of her comrades, Nora walked over to the closet, pulled out one blanket, and sat down against a wall near a corner, where she could see the door and window, but had enough space for time to react should attacks come from either. After removing her sword and placing it to her side, where it could be accessed quickly, she pulled the blanket around herself and curled up on the floor. Normally the knight wouldn't sleep around anyone that she didn't know well and trust, but the princess had chosen these people. That was enough for her. "Good night, everyone." Eyes shut, breathing slowed, and within a minute Nora was asleep. When you had very few safe places to sleep and even less time to use them, you learned to make the most of every second.

"I know, I know. But I just like having Pixi by my side. Sure, she is loud and bossy, but she's my friend! Heh heh!" He said to Maxwell. He jumped up and bounced a bit on the bed. "Hah hah! It's so bouncy!" He exclaimed. He soon stopped bouncing and looked at Daka. "So Daka, where will you sleep?" The Kokiri asked.

"Wah Ne No Kai Me. (Don't worry about me Kai. I've got everything I need!)" Daka said. He reached behind him, getting something from his inventory. Daka pulled out a rather large leaf. "Oh, so you have a leaf as a blanket." Kai said.

Daka nodded and walked to the wall on the other side. He laid against it and had the large leaf cover his body.

Nox curled up in her corner. She was use to sleeping on what ever surface was handy, even before coming to the Sacred Realm. Still, sleep here was generally restless. Even in deep shadows here, it was still bright enough to mess with her sleep. She wondered if Midna had these issues. Surely she did, she had been thrown out of the Twilight Realm without preparation. Even coming prepared, Nox had issues.

The chorus of good nights between the different members of the party intrigued Nox.

"They haven't even know each other a day, and they are already treating each other like close friends." she thought. "This is a strange place."

Nox drifted off to a shallow sleep.

The young Kokiri then yawned, showing that he was getting drowsy. "Well, I guess it's time to hit then hay." He yawned while getting in the bed. Kai had placed his hat on the pillow next to him, where Pixi was still sleeping. His head finally laid down on pillow. His eyes then closed shut, and the words that came out of his mouth before he went to sleep was: "Good night guys." -Day 2: 7:21 AM-   Still laying down using Kai's hat as a blanket, Pixi was the first to wake up, beginning to open her eyes due to the sunlight coming through the window urging her to. For some reason once she opened her eyes, she couldn't help but feel a bit bigger today. She was still small, but she felt bigger. Pixi then yawned and stretched her arms out from a long slumber. Wait....Something wasn't right about this...Her eyes widened. "Hold up....I don't remember my arms being this long..." She said to herself. Pixi took a look at her hands and arms. They were....Different. More Human in fact. "Could it be that....?" The fairy whispered. She quickly crawled out of Kai's hat to see that she had legs. She actually forgot she had legs from flying all the time. Pixi even had shoes, a dress and everything. "No way." She said to herself, astonished by this sudden discovery. Pixi got up on her new legs, which she almost lost balence on since it was her fist time using these things, and quickly flew to a mirror that was next to the closet to see what had happened over night. What she saw in the mirror...Was no longer just a pink orb with wings. It was a humanoid, pink haired, pink dressed, blue eyed fairy. She gasped looking at her new appearance. "No way....I grew into a healing fairy! Wow!" She said to herself. She even twilred around to get a full look at herself. "It finally happened. I gotta show the others! Speaking of which...." She flew to the middle of the room to see that everyone found their place to sleep. And they looked so peaceful! "Aww....I almost don't want to do it....But I am anyway! Why? Cause I actually love doing it!" She said happily and giggled. Pixi then took a deep breath and yelled out.... "HEY! LOOK! LISTEN! WAKE UP SLEEPYHEADS!!!"  Kai was wide opened and then fell off the bed, reacting to Pixi's alarm. "Aye aye aye..." His first words were. The newly humanoid fairy then flew over to Kai in front of him. "Morning Kai!" She said. The boy was rubbing his eyes. "Ah....Well, I see you're awake now Pi-" Kai couldn't finish his sentence for he was looking at Pixi in her new look. He's response...."P-P-PIXI!?" "Uh, yeah! It's me! Who else? No need to scream out my name. Hee Hee Hee!" She said. What. The actual heck. Was this Kokiri looking at? This has got to be a dream. There's no way. No way at all that this should happen. But no...It felt real. It looked real. It was real."You look....Different." Kai said, still being surprised. "I know, right? Isn't my new look just adorable? Hee hee! I'm just as cute as a button!" She said. She then flew away from Kai, then landed on Sara and Iris's bed on her new feet. "Come on guys! Take a look! I'm a Healing Fairy now!" She said with a twirl and added and giggle. She smiled as she waited for the others' reactions.http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/zelda/images/b/be/Fairy_(A_Link_to_the_Past).png/revision/latest?cb=20091014034519

(Pixi's new appearance is like this. Except her dress is pink, her eyes are blue, and she has pink shoes.)

Nora was on her feet with her sword fully drawn a half second after her eyes snapped open. She really couldn't be blamed, though. She had just woken up, there was a loud noise, and there was an unfamiliar person standing in the room. Another half second later, she recognized Pixi's voice. Smiling apologetically, the knight sheathed her blade and picked up the blanket she had dropped. A healing fairy? That would be useful, and Pixi's seemed quite excited about it, so, "Congratulations, Pixi. You look very nice." Calmly folding the blanket, Nora walked neck to the closet and put it where she had found it.

And then the revelry was interrupted. a laser-guided pillow smacked into Pixi.

"Nnn...I'm trying to sleep..." Iri growled. And well...at least she didn't need the pillow. All that could be seen was a mass under the covers, with only Sara's head and part of Iri's hair showing. The girl slept completely under the covers, unable to sleep any other way...and it was probably clear why she didn't need the pillow.

In a moment, Pixi found herself trapped under a pillow that was thrown towards her on the floor. "Oh no..." Kai said. He knew Pixi for this long. He was expecting her to react in a very mean way. That would happen normally but...

"....I'm still a healing fairy!" Pixi flew out of the pillow upward, flipping it over on the floor. She was so happy that she was one, nothing could keep her down this time. Pixi was in a really good mood.

Irisviel's sudden talking and motion was enough to wake Sara up. She looked around at the others in the room. "Good morning." She spoke sleepily, as though she wasn't entirely awake just yet. She saw Pixi, and looked surprised. "Is that you, Pixi?" She asked. She didn't know much about the different types of fairies, but Pixi excitedly saying that she was a healing fairy helped Sara understand that this must have been a good thing. "Congratulations!" She smiled at the fairy, happy for her accomplishment. She was going to try to get up, but remembered that Irisviel was with her. "Excuse me, Irisviel. You should probably wake up now. It looks like everyone else is waking up now." She told the girl, but didn't touch her to avoid angering her.

(Can I join this Role Play maybe?).

(Sorry, but we are so far into the story there aren't any places for additional people. Sorry about that.)

(Nah, its kool, thanks for telling me though :].).

It had been a long night, so long that Rabiyu had a hard time trying to sleep, or maybe it was because she was not used to have people around her while sleeping. Once she managed to fall asleep she dreamt of a great open sky, blue as far as the eyes could see, an ocean of clouds, floating islands and birds as big as horses. But alas the dream had to end, thanks to the loud voice of a little fairy, a familiar yet different fairy."I was having a nice dream." She said, seemingly forgetting that she was with other people. "It's been ages since then."The Ranger stood up and stretched while looking directly at Pixi."Oh? It seems that you've changed." Rabiyu said to Pixi. "You're growing up. That's good for you."
