We need your input on social media features

I know we're late with the monthly update, so to make it up to you, I'm going to let you tell us how you feel about our features on social media.  Our Twitter page is called KH13 Community, but aside form the fan art and the music posts, the focus is more on Kingdom Hearts than the community.  The Social Media Team has talked about this a little bit, but I want to see where these ideas stand with you.  This is your community, and you should have some input.

 

 

Meet the Staff

 

Have you ever wanted to know more about the people who run this site?  This would be similar to what I did here for Sora96, but instead of profiling the information all at once, the facts would be posted one at a time.  For example "Did you know that X's favorite color is purple?" or "Y says the best part of being on the staff is..."  This would be a great way to not only get to know the staff, but also break down the walls that can form between members of the site and the staff.  You never know - you might have more in common with a staff member than you think.

 

 

Throwback Thursdays

 

Kinda similar to the this day in history that idea that was pitched a few days ago, but with more focus on the site.  Every Thursday we will feature a memorable topic that was posted on KH13.  It could be the start of a long running game, a discussion about a Kingdom Hearts theory, or just a topic where we were screwing around and had a bunch of laughs.  This will bring back memories for veteran users, and share these memories with newer users to pave the way for more fun times on KH13.

 

Do you have any other ideas for features on our social media pages?  We'd love to hear them.  Remember, this is your community.

Hard to say, both look good. I guess if we could only get one or the other for now, I'd say the "Throwback Thursday" sounds a bit more interesting.

 

I do have one idea... On the Super Mario Wiki, there is this one thing that's like an interview, but with two fictional characters, one being this Koopa Interviewer, and the character who is being interviewed. They then have this long conversation over things like what the character thinks of Mario, etc. It's pretty cool, maybe somehow we can get a thing like that but for KH?

 

I sense someone who is just gonna disagree and just smack my idea down. plz don't

Meet The Staff and Throwback Thursdays sound like delightful features to implement to the site!  I'd find said features to be interesting, and it'd make the interactive experience for all KH13 members that much more immersive and fun!

 

As for any ideas from me, I really don't know what to contribute to this site.  It's already such a perfect site!

A Did You Know? would be nice. Helps to learn more things about the franchise. Also, if there are any deals on the games or it's merchandise that are found, reporting it would be great.
